Yes, we're sorry shipping is expensive. Some parts, even though they only weigh just a bit, require shipping as a parcel due to their size.
Lack of support
I ordered a speaker on 14th September, it was shipped on 16th September (with my telephone number and correct address). On the 18th it arrived at a sorting centre near me. On 25th September, I asked them to contact the courier to see what the problem was. They never did. I had a very unpleasant conversation with Maroesjka, I asked them to send a replacement, and if the original arrived, I would pay for it as well. Her response was they could not do that, and they could not refund my payment. On 2nd October the tracking said it was being returned to sender. I asked for a refund. On 6th October, after threats, they finally refunded me. Such a waste of time and broken sales commitment or responsibilty. This could be a one off, but thoroughly disappointed.

Threats? You're a bit inconsistent in your communication.
We did contact PostNL as you requested, their response was the item had attempted deliveries at another place due to an incomplete address (street name), provided by you. We have informed you by Whatsapp about it. Whether or not the address you provided was correct or not we can't decide. PostNL tried to reroute the parcel but that attempt failed.
You asked for a full refund which is what we did at the first confirmation the item was indeed returned to us. When items are still on their way we can't issue a refund (yet).
As we said in the mail when we issued the refund, "We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service."
Here's a quote from the e-mail from PostNL. In Dutch:
"De zending is aangeboden geweest op een totaal ander adres omdat de volledige straatnaam ontbrak."
I suppose this is where the title goes.

Good morning, in case of delivery problems, please turn to us, not TrustPilot. TrustPilot won't solve this. Your parcel was offered at your address on July 9th, but no one was there to receive it. PostNL and EPG have informed you by e-mail (SPAM folder?). Please use the tracking information we sent you on July 1st to trace the shipment and collect it. Use the EPG Switzerland website with the T&T code CL835295280NL. Be quick, generally shipments are only kept after failed delivery for two weeks.

Great set of foam surrounds for my speakers
I bought a set of foam surrounds and a bottle of glue to repair my Infinity Reference 41 MK2 speakers, and I couldn't be happier. The surrounds fit perfectly with the original woofers and the result is spectacular. Now a pair of speakers that are over 25 years old sound like new again. I totally recommend this store. In addition to having good material at a very good price, they have guides and videos showing the repair process in detail. It's somehow a delicate job, but with the help provided and a little patience you get very good results. Thank you for all!
