I use the prepaid sim for my stable camera. It wasn't working yesterday and I contacted them. They called me within 10 mins of my enquiry and let me know my last top up had failed. Once I had topped it up, it of course worked. Excellent customer service, friendly operator and didn't try and make me feel like an idiot for not realising my top up had failed. U like some of the larger telecom companies out there. 100% recommend them.
