They encourage fraud
My Amazon account was suspended for section 3. They said they can get it reinstated.
After paying them $99 for an account review, they stated they can get my account reinstated. The process involves falsifying an invoices using their template and instruction. Then leveraging their back channels to reactive my account using this document. Pure fraud. I spoke to a guy name Jeffrey Colin and he said they won't have this in writing anywhere but this is how they have had success. They are part of the Amazon SPN network

Missed Deadlines and Unprofessional Handling – I Do Not Recommend SPCTEK
I hired SPCTEK for an account assessment intended to identify the root cause of my Amazon account deactivation and serve as the foundation for a future Plan of Action (POA). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
After the promised deadline passed, I had to reach out to ask why the report had not been delivered. They responded that they were “still working on it,” which already seemed strange given that they had access to my Amazon account for several days.
Shortly after, they contacted me again asking for new access to my account, which confirmed my concerns: in more than seven days, they had not properly worked on my case nor gathered the necessary information.
The final report was merely a repetition of the information I had originally provided — with no new analysis, no strategic recommendations, and no real foundation for a Plan of Action. It fell far below the level of professionalism and service that had been promised.

The delay you experienced was primarily due to the revocation of child account access during the assessment period, which significantly limited our ability to retrieve accurate data and provide a more detailed analysis.
Additionally, while our assessment charges are clearly stated as non-refundable from the outset—a point communicated during our initial interaction—we still made an exception and offered a refund along with complimentary, actionable insights outlining the next steps to help you move forward. Unfortunately, you declined the additional support and were only interested in obtaining a refund.
We remain committed to helping sellers navigate account challenges with transparency and professionalism and are always available should you choose to re-engage with our services in the future.
