They do not respond to ticket anymore for months now. I am really scared and worried about all our servers with them. Migrating out almost impossible as they have disable cPanel backups as well. Really unfortunate and disappointing. How do you abandon ticket totally, I do not understand that part.
They stopped replying
My tickets are getting ignored because I have an affiliate program with them. MAYBE they are scamming now.
I'm lowering my stars from 5 to 2 Such a shame
It was such a good service provider. The hardware is fine but the rest is a joke. I was very satisfied at first but I'm leaving there. They don't answer any more tickets, nothing. I am done.
