complicate delivery
When you must return money back from a wrong product you are making it very complicate and you don't even answer correctly to your clients that trying to contact you. You need to do something about it by contact me for example!

Jag har aldrig beställt skor från nätet innan det är första gången . Därför jag tänkte att det de visar i bilden är annorlunda i verkligheten i bilden kan de göra så att skorna ser mycket bättre ut än verklighet . Men jag hade fel och är glad att jag hade fel det var precis som de såg ut bilderna samma i verkligheten . Jag är mycket nöjd .

(Zalando for example is situated in the north of Germany which is much closer to Sweden).
