Ordered a Laserworld product on a Sunday evening. It arrived swiftly the following Tuesday. Incredibly fast and timely delivery. The item came with a euro plug which isn't compatible in the UK without adapters. I wish that Spartan Music would have communicated more about this and gave me some notice, but on the whole a swift delivery.

I talk too much, i bought a headphone amplifier from them, its lovely, i asked them a question about it and the owner of the company responded and went out of his way to help me learn more about it, i wouldnt expect a reply from a company but these guys were just brilliant. better service than i have had at most shops i have bought from, i dont often write reviews but they took the time to help me i hope another 5* review may help them as they deserve every 5* they get! thank you

Great price for a pair of Sennheiser HD600 headphones and delivered very quickly. Not much more I can say other than I'm using them right now and they're excellent!

Great shop with some really competitive pricing. I was looking for a pair of headphones and I came across Spartan Music. At first I was a little sceptical if I'm honest, due to the limited amount of reviews etc.
I'm really pleased to say that Mark and the team have been fantastic in dispatching my item next day and luckily, after chasing the post man around the estate for 10 minutes, I managed to get my order without missing it... I was pretty desperate for it, after snapping my other headphones and having no proper solution for several days...!

Good price and great service. Goods were caught up in the Royal Mail Christmas overload. Spartan Music offered a refund and an alternative place to get the product quickly. In the end, they arrived in time. Mark was helpful and responsive throughout. Would definitely use again.

I took the day off and nothing arrived. That was a week ago. Refund promised a week ago and would be in my account by today. It isn't and am now being told another 5 days to wait..

I spoke to Mark at Spartan over email to get his advice and subsequently bought a Biyang EQ7 pedal. It arrived promptly but one of the rubber feet was missing. I requested the missing part and it turned up the next week. No fuss, no bother. This is excellent customer service and not only that but the pedal was the cheapest I could find it for. Cheers guys!

I recently bought a Caline Snake Bite Reverb pedal from Spartan Music via their website. This was despatched and delivered very very quickly. Upon receiving and testing said pedal, I found that it caused a lot of buzz through the amp especially on the overdrive channel. There was also very little in the way of reverb. I contacted Spartan via email to describe the issue and got a quick response asking if I could perhaps video the problem and email the movie clip(s) across. Long story, short I returned the pedal, it was checked, found to be faulty and a new one despatched. All in the space of a week. Amazing service from a small store. Would highly recommend this business to others
