Disappointing
I had ordered Digimon Structure Deck, ST10 on the 19th of May, 2025. Patiently waited to get an update on my order, that it had been out for delivery, or that it was even on the way.
I waited 3 weeks, had heard nothing so emailed, asking for an update and I got the following response:
"Your order has been canceled
Hello . apologies, we not ship online anymore and this product is out of stock"
They did refund me my full purchase price, which was appreciated. But if they don't ship online anymore, why did it let me even place the order in the first place?

Hi there, apologies! This was a discontinued product from back in the day that we used to be an online shop! We are not an online shop anymore and we had removed all the product pages for digimon from the website. However this not in stock item was still visible through the search function. The website has now been updated and if you visit it you will be able to see that it says we only offer store collection! Again apologies but we are more a physical location right now and we do not offer shiping at all! We wouldn't mind aend you your item but we honestly didn't have it in stock for more than a year! Apologies again the website is now updated

Awaiting my order
I still haven't had a email in regards to my purchase being shipped out. I had to contact the company to get told that it will be shipped out the next day even though when you purchase the item on the site it says arrives in upto 3 days of shipping. Other companies usually send out their orders the next day not over a week later
