Professional and trustworthy
Professional and trustworthy. My only note is I wish there was more clarity on what to do when you want them to provide the resources for you. On the website it says it's an additional $3 but only after purchasing do they tell you how to give them that $3. (In a separate purchase) It would be nice if there was a box you could check on the website to just include that to make it less of a hassle.

Thanks for your feedback and addressing that solution. Few weeks ago we added it as an easier to purchase option on our website. You placed an order while we were testing if there's actually any demand for that option and aparrently there was big enough demand to add it to our website :)
