Sparrow especially Russel was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries, nice, and helpful throughout the process of me finding a safe and secured home while having my preference in mind. Thank you so much!

Everything was decent apart from Sparrow's commission which is slightly on the higher side and have a fixed structure. They do the background check and credit check of the applicant which is very much necessary. There wasn't any promo for new users/first time users like other apps/start-ups. Although, Cason was kind and tried his best by talking to his manager and the fact that I was using their service for only 2 months they didn't do anything. They could have easily provided some sort of concession in the commission they charge for 2-3month period. Would have much appreciated. No extraordinary service experience. Still a lot of scope to improve and reach the 4 & 5 start rating.

They are working hard to look for the tenants. I think the person is working on it need more experience. Maybe she/he is very busy to handle many cases.

Very good customer service… my agent was kind understanding and very polite he answered all my concerns and helped me walk through the process. If I called him and at the time he was not available he would return my call immediately!! He is a great asset to your company!!!

Communication with Cason and Oren have been great. They were very professional and did a great job in making sure all was done well.

Sparrow is awesome, I found a room in an hour, then arranged all the necessary documents in one day, everything was so quickly, I got the replies from managers even on Christmas Day.

At first I was hesitant for the reason that I only saw their ad on Facebook, until I saw one of their members being interviewed in CNN, I took a leap of faith and registered with them. Everyone was very accommodating and professional, I didn’t have any issues reaching them. I thought it would take months for me to have a tenant but in a matter of 2 days they found a match for me.
