I have purchased from you for few years now. Unfortunately since my renewal this year for my home and office I've never had this many problems. Issues with licensing, reps not being able to understand my situation as well as downloading issues .
Unfortunately I've paid and will try to go for a refund. But I will most likely look elsewhere next time.

These files are set to be deleted when your computer restarts, and are then recreated without any personal information. Some files are routinely recreated as part of a program's operating procedure, so deleting the item clears saved data.

Great - Wonderful - Sparky!
Almost every time I try to watch a movie online on one of the free sites, I would receive a warning about malware and to call a number to fix or I would lose all my data and information and that MicroSoft would be shutting down my computer. I bought protection but apparently it did not work. Well, Spark Trust got rid of that warning more than once and cleaned up the computer and then it ran fine. This is a most wonderful, helpful program.
