Slow to respond to questions on the order. Blamed slow postage despite not actually having shipped it.

Swords that arrived almost a month late was significantly shorter than they make it appear. Not full length in any way. It is a short compact knife sized product not a long sword like they show. Customer service does nothing except make excuses that the images on their website are for” illustration purposes only”. Total crap.
They just collect the money from the sale but never send the items. There is no tracking number given, the website is not legit. Avoid at all costs.
