Long delivery time and incorrect item…

Ordered item on 21 Feb called 10 days later to chase, to be told it was a "special item" and would be dispatched in next day or so. Nothing on website states it is a special item and not readily available. Delivery did not arrive and so called again to be told item was definitely coming out Friday, I eventually received following Thursday. After fitted I noticed that the USB ports were actually 1 USB and 1 USC. My order clearly showed socket with 2 USB ports. When I called to query I was informed the sockets have been "upgraded" and the ones I ordered are old stock. No update on website or photos to reflect this - and I ordered specifically to have 2 USB ports. Lesson learner - don't use this company again and read other company reviews prior to placing future orders. Customer service is severely lacking - would not recommend

The trailing socket arrived without…

The trailing socket arrived without wiring. I had to wire it and add a plug. I thought this was against UK consumer law to supply without a fixed plug? They didn’t say you had to wire it and add a plug. I managed to do it and kept it as it was a 3 socket which is hard to come by they all seem to be 4 socket and it needed to be a particular size. Disappointing to receive it unwired and without a plug.

Excellent customer service from Sparks…

Excellent customer service from Sparks Warehouse.
Any issues were handled immediately and professionally, with clear communication throughout. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes responsibility and resolves matters without delay.
Efficient, responsive, and reliable — I would happily purchase from them again.

Excellent service

Good service, quick delivery, all good. Will go back again if I need another light, especially as my local supplier insisted they couldn't get that particular type of light anymore which I now know is incorrect
