Order process easy and delivery first class. Product has quality build about its appearance. Easy to use but would benefit from some instructions on the pack but no hassle as all on the website. Highly recommend.

Ordered on a Sunday and paid for first class deliver parcel arrived Wednesday morning. Nicely packaged, been using the products since they arrived and really please. Great value for money. Would highly recommend !

Faulty tank replaced straight away

Good and low cost - probably not the best quality but great for the price.

Product very good. My only criticism is that the instructions for use are not very clear both in what is written and how it is printed. Very small and blurry.

l have no complaints whatsoever about Sparks! Their kits are great value & sent out very quickly. When l had a problem with a battery, Wayne was very helpful & friendly, & sent me a new kit free of charge with next-day delivery. At last my partner, who was a 40-a-day man, & l have found a viable way of giving up the ciggies. l actually find l enjoy vaping more, & it's fun exploring all the different flavours there are to try. l have no hesitation in recommending Sparks to anyone who wants to give this a go; you won't regret it!

at first i thought oh no noinstructions and had a prob getting it to work but after useing the chat now prob spot it was resolved in seconds well impressed and will be useing them a lot

Well 4days without acigarette and 2 days on the vapour.think I'm useing it more than I would smoke a cigarette but because I stopped smoking indoors I found I was eating more so had gained weight. Also with this awful weather I couldn't get out for a quick smoke. So I reckon its, helping my health by not smoking, and not gaining weight.

Brilliant Service just wondering why I didn't get a UK plug to charge it and was not told I would get some dodgy 2 pin thing!!!!!!!!!!!! but overall FAB

Sparks have to be the best e-tailer I have ever dealt with, their customer service is absolutely the best. I bought an eGo-T starter kit from them and had an issue with one of the batteries. I contacted Sparks to see whether the unit was still covered by a guarantee (it wasn't) but Wayne was extremely helpful and replaced the unit free of charge with priority shipping.

The eGo-T kit has been fantastic too, the best method I have used to quit smoking with no side effects.

Good, fast, reliable and reasonably priced. Very helpful too if you need to contact them for what ever reason.

I have been using another brand but the service has become very sloppy, replacement atomisers have been empty or just did not fit the battery (electralites). So I decided to try another company, as above, their service is excellent, their shipment was very fast, good size e-cigarette and nice box but unfortunately the taste is revolting, it leaves a bitter flowery taste in your mouth that I just could not get rid of. I brushed my teeth several times and still left a horrible after taste. This is really disappointing to me so I have decided to try several companies. What would be nice is the electralites atomisers and the sleek case and e-cigarette of Sparks. Ho hum back to the drawing board
