I think this is a scam website. I order a sock subscription for my Mum, they sent one pair of socks and no more. They do not respond to messages. Do not use!

Do not use this company - my order was for two pairs of socks for a couple. I paid for both pairs but only received one. I sent them two communications via their website and tried to call the online number various times - the number does not work and the two communications were ignored. I ordered via not on the high street. I will contact not on the high street to let them know what type of company this is that they are promoting.

I placed an order for matching pyjamas for myself and my husband, I received an email stating the bottoms were no longer available, the email said they would send pictures of alternative options, unfortunately this didn’t happen, their link in their email to reply takes you directly to their website and it states I have not placed an order! This is not what my bank account tells me. The phone number on their website is invalid, I have completed two contact forms from their website and no one has contacted me or given me a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DISAPPEAR DOWN A BLACK HOLE.

My order has not arrived, I placed the order 13 days ago. My email messages requesting an update go unanswered and the phone number on their website is not in service.

Unfortunately I’ve had a similar experience to the others. The two tea towels I ordered were okay, but wish I went with another company as the image was much smaller than expected. Order arrived promptly, however I asked to only be charged for postage once as both orders were coming to same address in same package. I was charged for postage twice. They don’t have a contact number and so far messages sent via their website have gone unanswered. Product probably gets 3 stars and aftercare service 0. I will also avoid in future.

Item arrived not as expected (poor quality/ overpriced) so contacted company via contact form on their website with no reply. A further three contacts, including 2 emails, were completely ignored. Telephone number on website not in service. Item arrived promptly but aftercare shocking. No returns service. Absolutely appalling, would not recommend.

I ordered personalised ‘ couple’ socks from this company, through a 3rd party company. I assumed i would get 2 pairs, especially as I paid £17 and they were couple socks. I didn’t I got 1 pair. Useless as a gift for a couple . I emailed them 3 times and they only responded when I reviewed the 3rd party company on trustpilot. They were too busy to reply before that. Anyway, apparently I’d ordered wrong, probably but in my defence it was a complicated way of ordering. They won’t let me return them and they won’t help me. Be very careful if you order from here. The socks were terrible quality and after care non existent.
