I am posting this here, as a precaution to anyone else as well as to let Sparking People know of the process that is being used. I wish I could use another forum to clarify this but this seems like the best option.

I got the following message on Whatsapp:

"Thanks for responding, I'm sorry to bother you. My name is Beatrice, a recruiter from Sparkling People Recruitment Netherlands. Our company is currently having a job opportunity for full time and part time positions with flexible working hours. Is it okay if I share the offer with you for you to go through then decide whether to join us or not?"

After you engage in this conversation they will redirect you to another person who will explain the 'job'. Which is basically rating AI-picked products and reviewing them so they get higher on the list.

Received the following message out of nowhere in WhatsApp:
sorry to bother you I'm Laura, a recruiter from Sparkling People Recruitment NL. Our company is recruiting workers for freelance and remote job opportunities, both part-time and full -time positions. Can I share more details with you please?

My contact person was Johan, he was very professional and patient. The interview with him was very warm and relaxed, He did a good job of explaining the details and process of his scope of work and also the prospective job that I applied for. I felt that aside from just doing his job he was sincerely invested in finding a good candidate for both parties. After the interview with the prospective company, Johan followed up by asking me about my experience. We kept in communication throughout that process up until i signed my contract with the company. I got a chance to meet Johan in person as he passed by the office on a business trip but found the time to say hello to me downstairs at the distribution centre. such a genuine person. As if that wasn't a lot i also receive a welcome gift from sparkling people for my new job. I wasnt paid for this review lol lts from the heart.

This experience was incredible! Didier reached out to me on LinkedIn with a promising list of potential companies that he thought would be a match. And just as it was all 3 companies were a full-on match, and was now up to me to WOW them myself. Didier stayed on top of the process entirely, by checking up on me daily, and preparing me for the interviews and other processes.

Didier you are an amazing talented guy and I am happy that I did end up using your services. Hope to see you in Amsterdam some time soon!!!
Oh yeah and for anyone who didn't understand it yet, Yes he got me my dream job!
