Absolutely gutted to write this as I’ve been ordering from sparkling jewellery for years, however recently purchased and ring and bracelet but nothing has turned up, tracking on Royal Mail says they are awaiting the packaging from sparkling jewellery.
Their phone doesn’t work, they don’t reply to emails, I’ve messaged on FB, instagram, text but nothing.
I have no ideal what to do next, report to trading standards.
They can’t take money and not supply the goods.
Be very careful when ordering..

Bought from this company once before and no issue, this time can’t get through to them on phone, do not reply to messages left and emails!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! TERRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This company is despicable. They take people’s money and don’t refund. I bought 2 necklaces for my daughter to choose for her birthday. I kept one and returned the unwanted one. That was on the 18th April. I can see vis Royal Mail tracked that item was received and signed for on 20th April. I have contacted seller on various occasions asking for my money back no response. It’s only through messenger that I eventually got a response back. However all to no avail as they spouted a lot of BS stating they actioned a refund through PayPal. I will be their worst nightmare and will not let this go until I get my money back. Might even be worth a drive down to their premises. People like this should not be allowed to trade. Pure evil Scumbags. Any opportunity to slate them and I will do it.

Awful experience, I didn’t receive an order that I placed 10 months ago, I have emailed them numerous times and called and left messages and all have been ignored.
No refund, no product.
Not happy at all.
DO NOT use this company.

Ordered a necklace mid november. Took 2 weeks for the necklace to arrive, emails were sent to the company who did not respond. When the necklace arrived, it is no better than something you could pick up in Primark for £3. Posted back. The postage cost more than the necklace was worth. Reached out to the company again, this time through social media as I did not receive a refund and they said they would ship another necklace. Still no refund. Save the trouble and go to the shops if you want some costume jewelry.
