I had been coming here for years
I had been coming here for years. Unfortunately, the ownership just changed and the place is being run into the ground. Recently, I had put a wash in the dryer and the night crew locked up before I could take it out. I went back the next morning and it wasn’t there. I called the “management” phone number and asked for a call back several times. No one called me. I left voicemails to no avail.
Finally, I found the personal phone number of Vivian, the new owner or manager, from a staff member and when I called her she was rude and blamed me for leaving my items in the dryer. Then when I asked for information to file a claim form she refused to provide anything. Terrible customer service not only did they throw my things away but they blamed me. Stay away from this laundromat.
