CHEAP and TACKY

Had to give it 1 Star wouldn’t have even given that. So disappointed in the product as was going to give as a present. Would be embarrassed to even show her it. The item looks nothing like the image portrayed and the quality is cheap and tacky. DO NOT BUY

TOTAL RIP OFF & SCAM - DON'T BUY

Total con & scam, ordered set 3 fairies absolutely cheap flat produced metal, nothing like they advertise. False advertising, using other company names and video. Purchased via Klarna, put dispute in payment on hold, but Klarna will not do anything, you've got to let them know if resolve issue. Had emails back n forth, wanting photos of packaging to make sure its from them, stating in email, don't have return address, items made to order. What genuine company doesn't have a return address for goods customers are dissatisfied with very robotic responses offering discount 30% is max offer, please accept, keep goid and enjoy.
I advised not accepting want nothing less than 100% the order to be cancelled and refunded via Klarna, as still shows oustanding monies.
I also think Klarna should take more action and be more helpful to customers to try to rectify their complaints. Instead of when Sparkle fantasy gave a reply after a final warning from Klarna, as they hadn't heard from them. Then Klarna accept what Sparkle fantasys reply is, such as a yes there's an order placed and delivered, then they just pass it back to the customer, saying deal direct with Sparkle fantasy and let them know when resolved and wash their hands of you. I've been going around in circle's, even replied to advise not communicating any further and yet again received another email today, repetitive Hello my name is Susan, l'm sorry ......blah, blah, blah. I've been going back n forth for weeks now via emails, same boring and repetitive stuff.
If alot of people are putting complaints in about this company who have purchased via Klarna they should help more, we all can't be wrong.
Sparkle Fantasy and other names they use to advertise the fairies, stating closng down garden fairy business, which you are made to believe are lovely wire fairies you'd be getting, is an absolute 💯% SCAM & CON, DO NOT BUY. You can get similar if not same being advertised from Temu for about £5 a fairy, probably same con people.

SCAM!!!!

I received half of my order today and I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with what you have sent me. Wish i could give you minus stars. This IS NOT what was advertised on Instagram. I have received a cheap alternative that is no resemblance to the real thing and is no way on earth worth the money you are charging. I got half of my order, and if the other half is anything like what I have received today, it better not come. I tried to cancel my order before it came, as i waited ages for delivery, but got quoted BS "policies" and couldn't do it. I have already filled a complaint with Klarna and Instagram, which I will now update with all this new information; and all my correspondence with yourself regarding this order has also been passed to Trading Standards as I am taking this further. And don't wait on my payment, you won't be getting it.

Sparklefantasy.com Scam

I ordered 3 of the garden fairies at a cost of nearly £100. Thankfully set up the payment through Klarna to pay in 30 days. I went into my emails to check delivery and couldn't get onto the website. I was due to pay this week, so managed to get it extended and have raised a dispute with Klarna. Explained all to them, so hopefully it will be cancelled.
After reading the reviews on here, I don't want the items either. They sound like complete tat.

It's a SCAM - Avoid

I hate that I have to give these bandits even 1 star
Do NOT buy from these scammer!!!! IF you're lucky you will receive a substandard product or even something completely different but most likely you will receive NOWT. I ordered a fairy 3 weeks ago ordered through one site to be charged to another and then get an email from a completly different web address, so many campanies I knew it was cagey couldn't dispute the charge thro paypal until I had proof it's a scam or they hadn't delivered on time. All was "ok(ish)" until a few days ago, apparently the package with with Evri and awaiting dispatch but checked today (2 days after delivery by date) and strangely all links are broken and unable to contact company. Dispute opened with Paypal but not pinning so many hopes on that it's definitely a lesson learnt
If it LOOKS too good it's definitely a scam

Just got my fairy today

Just got my fairy today, £33 pound wasted. Its nothing like advertised, flat machine cut and not even steel. Sent an email threatening them with legal action to see if I can get my money back. Update, 15 emails and they keep asking for photos, then a video and keep saying its slightly different. Amber is the shop support lady that keeps emailing me. They are dragging it out. It doesnt even screw into the item. Item now binned. Im fed up of seeing it. Useless company, and they steal your money. Update, last week they looked at my video of the item that was faulty, I kept threatening them, got my £35.10 refund back today in my bank. Took a month but well worth me bugging them all the time. Dont give up, just email and threaten them with trading standards.....
