Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 593 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the quality of the products, noting they are well-packaged, arrive without damage, and perform as described. Many appreciate the company's efficient delivery service, with orders often arriving quickly and sometimes even sooner than promised, making it a preferred choice for project needs. The ordering process is generally described as simple and intuitive, with good communication regarding order status. However, some people were dissatisfied with certain aspects. A few customers experienced issues with missing parts or products being dead on arrival, and some found the shipping costs for small orders to be prohibitive. There were also occasional complaints about delays in shipping updates and, in a few instances, receiving incorrect replacement parts or products that did not function as expected.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.

I apologize for the experience you had and that you received the wrong part. I did review your account and see that a replacement order was shipped to you, with the correct product, on January 19th. After reviewing the tracking, it appears it was delivered on January 23rd. I hope all that information is accurate but please reach out to support@sparkfun.com if that is not the case.

I did have a chance to review your communications with our Support team and it appears they responded the same day to your concerns. Hopefully, we've corrected any issues you had at this point but please reach back out to support@sparkfun.com if you need any additional assistance.

Thank you again for the feedback and apologies again for your experience.

Qwiic products are simple and elegant

Qwiic products are simple and elegant. Would be 5 stars if initialization code with Uno4Wifi was provided. Having the following on all would be a huge help:
1>Initialization: Wire1.begin(); //"Wire1" for Uno R4 wifi. "Wire" for other boards.
2>How to find, change (if possible) each Qwiic address. For example: myMux.begin(0x70, Wire1);

WAV TRIGGER PRO : excellent design & performance

I would like to convey a big thank you to Jamie Robertson for his outstanding technical support in helping me get up and running with the WAV Trigger Pro.
His in-depth knowledge, combined with swift and clear communication, was truly remarkable.
He even identified metadata errors in WAV files, which really demonstrated his fundamental industry experience and deep technical expertise.

The combination of SparkFun and Robertsonics is a strong value proposition, delivering both excellent products, swift logistics and exceptional support.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback!

I do apologize about your experience with our site and with your order. I have reviewed your account and the shipment and it did indeed get returned to our warehouse. It appears it got stuck somewhere and our carrier decided to send it back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, once the packages are handed off to our carriers, we have no control over the movements or decisions our carriers make regarding those packages.

One of our Customer Support Representatives will reach out to you today to see what we can do to resolve the issue. My apologies again and thank you again for the feedback!

No updates on shipping

No updates on shipping. Sparkfun shipping links all failed. No updates from customer service when I asked what was going on

I had to order parts elsewhere since I didn't know what was going on, so now I have dupes

Nevertheless, SparkFun is usually a good vendor
