Made a mistake in placing my order online but it was several days before I realized my error. Was able to cancel it over the phone, received help in ordering the correct item and still received it in time for Christmas

I cannot believe the poor performance.
Now I know why this was a discontinued item...missing parts (I had to 3D print parts), wrong online documentation (as there is no included documentation). All around junk, thus the discontinued status.
