Replacement
Ordered a new clock for my cooker. Electrical engineer fitted it and the clock didn’t light up. Sent clock back as faulty. Company refused to refund says that the clock was wired incorrectly and blew the clock circuit. I sent photos of the wires and it was fitted exactly as the old clock was . If it needed to be wired differently a diagram should have been attached. it didn’t trip the circuit breaker.

The sales team went out of their way to send me more notes and assistance from one of their engineers when the initial wiring diagram made no sense. Connected the new switch with no problem with their help.

Excellent Service and Support
I contacted SpareParts4Cookers to see if they could help me locate a main oven selector switch for my Kenwood dual fuel cooker.
Harrison was excellent in taking my details and cooker information, and in turn did the research to source a suitable replacement part within 24 hours.
