This was my second consultation with Dr Pierini. He was again, a first class GP. Caring, listening to your concerns, and giving excellent advice. My blood test results were back the next day.

Booking the appointment with Dr Pierini was easy and there was good availability, which was ideal to avoid delays.

Dr Pierini was fantastic in all aspects. As a nervous mum, he was warm and welcoming and put me at ease as much as possible. He was hugely informative and his treatment was swift and effective.

The information online regarding Dr Pierinis treatment was a great comfort ahead of the appointment, especially the video.

Whilst we have thankfully not had any complications following my newborns treatment, we were provided with all of the information we would need should we have any concerns.

I can see why people travel far and wide to visit Dr Pierinis clinics, and would certainly recommend him and the facilities at the North Cotswold Hospital to my family and friends.

Being provided with a private room to finish feeding my baby was a lovely touch and there was ample free parking available which minimised stress.

All in all it made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible and I am grateful for the care provided by Dr Pierini and the benefit this will have given my son for the future.

Following on from my son’s tongue tie appointment today, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the service we received.

From the lovely lady who booked us in, our appointment with Dr Steve Pierini and the receptionists who helped us with paperwork as we left, our experience was incredible.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Spa Private Medical during my HGV/LGV Driver medical. From start to finish, it was exceptional. There was no waiting, no fuss, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process.

Dr. O’Loghlen, who conducted my medical, made me feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. As someone who was initially apprehensive about the five-yearly medical, I truly appreciated the friendly and professional approach.

The Cheltenham surgery location was convenient, with ample parking upon arrival. The bright and airy conservatory area, complete with comfortable seating, made waiting a couple of minutes for my appointment a pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Spa Private Medical to all our drivers requiring driver medicals.

Our experience with Spa Medical was extremely positive.

We had a short conversation prior to booking our appointment to ensure our needs were understood. We were then booked in at relatively short notice at a convenient time as we’re both working.

When we attended our appointment we were immediately put at ease by Laura. We left very happy that our documents were in order for our forthcoming holiday.

The charge for certifying our documents was also reasonable and we would both recommend Spa.

Very satisfied with the treatment my son received today! Everything was explained throughly, I would definitely recommend this service!

We recently saw Dr Steve Pierini for our newborn's tongue-tie. The NHS referral was for ~1 month after the birth but feeding was not proving to be possible without an extremely sore mum so we decided to go private. Dr Pierini was great, he explained the risks, the procedure & potential benefits without applying pressure for us to have the procedure. We decided to get the procedure done & all went fine & it has made a significant improvement to baby's feeding. Thank you.
