Engaging instructors. Easy scheduling

Our daughter took two years of high school Spanish with HSA. She learned a lot and is now speaking above what would be expected for 2 years of class. Her main teacher was Isaiah Tucubal, and she really enjoyed working with him.

Mr Melvin makes learning Spanish fun! He is knowledgeable and patient. He tailors each lesson around my child’s interests. My kids look forward to their Spanish lesson every week. Thank you Mr. Melvin for giving me the opportunity to raise bilingual kids.

We are so happy to have HSA!! Our children have felt confident interacting with Spanish speakers due to all the great teaching and practice. Their amazing teacher, Chris Morales, tailors their lessons to their interests. They look forward to each class so they can learn more and tell Chris about the Spanish they have gotten to use!

Jorge Palacios is an amazing teacher who is always patient and supportive. He always makes learning fun and engaging.

Melvin Hernandez and Kiara Villatoro have been instructing my kids for years and are wonderful.

My son has been attending classes here for more than two years, his Spanish has certainly improved and he absolutely loves his teacher! Gerber Ovando has been fun, patient and all around wonderful!

My five year old is loving her Spanish classes. We did the free trial with Ms Jackie Gonzalez so we have been doing all her classes with her and she is so nice and patient! Thank you for your dedication and making the class fun and engaging for my daughter.

My child takes Spanish lessons from Vladimir Pineda and has had a great experience. The classes are helpful and encouraging.

We have been with Homeschool Spanish Academy for a couple years and can’t say enough good things about it. We have had Pablo, Carissa, and Enma and they have all been wonderful! Both my elementary kids have Enma and they enjoy their classes each week immensely. Thank you for making learning a new language not only successful but enjoyable!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Homeschool Spanish Academy. The teachers have been, kind and patient, explaining the answers to my child’s questions in an easy to understand manner.
In particular, Jackie Gonzalez and Melanie Santos have been exceptional teachers. We appreciate the private setting which helps target specific questions in a timely manner.

Homeschool Spanish Academy is a great language program. My 14 year old has learned a ton compared to his school program and he enjoys all his classes with Maria Elena. She is a wonderful and attentive teacher. Thank you for offering such a great program that is affordable as well.

My 15 year old daughter has been loving her classes with Homeschool Spanish Academy. She was able to complete her second semester Spanish 1 B in only a few months and has now decided to continue to take lessons to further her conversational skills. She has especially enjoyed working with Anita Barrundia.

Eddeth Girón has been our teacher and our daughter loves her! Lessons are fun and interactive with new words learned each time. This has been a great way to learn spanish and also another culture.

Overall the experience with Homeschool Spanish has been very good. Finding a good teacher that your student connects with is key for a successful experience for your student. Not only has my daughter improved her grammar, but her fluency has rapidly improved as the one on one teaching allows for putting into practice what is being learned. She can speak with out fear like sometimes a student might have in a normal classroom setting. This has also allowed my daughter to be more comfortable to speak Spanish in social settings with her Spanish speaking friends.

The classes are so well run and organized! You can tell the teachers all have a plan and are working through a very intentional curriculum. Ximena is so warm, kind, and engaging- my boys love her!! They are already much more interested in Spanish than when they started- which was the goal!

Lesvia Pereira is a wonderful and makes the experience so enjoyable for my kids. She is so patient and kind giving them the confidence to try new things without fear of embarrassment. They are excited for class every time she is their teacher!

It would be helpful to have either an app or some flash cards/better worksheets to use for practicing and homework between sessions. An app similar to Duolingo where they could be assigned certain vocabulary words to practice their pronunciation would be awesome.

Having a real person to interact with has been great. Luisa has been amazing. She's great with my 5 year old and is able to tailor the lesson to his level. She turns the lessons into fun games for him and uses people and things that he's familiar with to make the lessons more engaging.

My daughter enjoys attending Spanish class and is proud of the progress she is making. The teachers are patient as they teach new vocabulary and correct pronunciation. She always looks forward to her classes with Nohemi Esquit - her enthusiasm and encouragement make learning a new language enjoyable.

I find Chris to ask questions pertaining to my personal likes and really engages in what I’m all about. He taught a few slang words and made it fun for me-from son. I appreciate as a parent that you have been willing to work with me for rescheduling. That being said, it is very difficult to get a hold of someone quickly when needed and I really wish it were easier to cancel when necessary. Your cancel buttons are missing even if 72 hours out. They only appear on like 7 days out or longer. That’s the only change I hope to see, otherwise I appreciate the engagement that has been given to my son.
