Source of trouble

Our mail servers are not listed in any blacklist. Yet Spamrl is blocking our IP as a spam / phishing source. Support is non-existant, delisting is temporary.

Blocking ZOHO SMTP Servers

This service just blocking ZOHO sent servers in China. What kind of spam list is blocking a complete email provider just by SMTP server IP? And ZOHO is offering one of the worldwide most secure email platforms - especially to fight spam. Further: spamrl.com has no information about ownership or contact possibilities online. They are not following at all GDPR but are active in European Countries. They have no legal information, no company information, no address, etc. I do not understand why anybody in Europe would use this kind of shady company? Is it a company? Is it a legal entity? What is their purpose? Where is their money coming from? Just some questions to ask... .

This company needs to be sued out of business! They have totally disrupted our business. They have assigned our domain to their spam list and blocking hundreds of customers. We have Next Day Air and emergency orders and we can't contact our customers! No one company should have this much power. We have been online for 24 years and NEVER EVER sent any spam. Now out of now where they have the gall to block our emails? Any lawyer reading this please contact flexpvc.com and we'll participate in a class action lawsuit against these people.

Scam

Even though our mail servers have excellent reputation elsewhere and we are not and have never been listed on any other blacklist, spamrl continues to block us with no ability to resolve the issue.

Spamrl comes off like a scam

Spamrl comes off like a scam. I would advise that you avoid engaging with directly with Spamrl. Getting blocked by Spamrl seems to be their version of a cold-call sales tactic.

Do some research:
It will only take a cursory search to come up with plenty of complaints about Spamrl's blacklisting practices. According to what I'm seeing and reading - They seem to be erroneously blacklisting legit businesses on a fairly constant basis.

If your outgoing mail is being blocked by SpamRL at the recipient end, all you can really do without exposing yourself is advise the recipient to use a less sketchy spam filtering service.

Updated. Siteground email users beware!

Email with Siteground email accounts and spamprotection uses spamrl.com, which quarantines even mention of URL with extension.ucsd.edu in the body of the email.

spamrl.com site is basically useless, with an "Oops! Your email may have been quarantined" message.

I have to switch my email to a gmail account.

After some sleuthing, I found the way to report the issue to spamrl - sending a sample of the blocked email. Within a day, they had resolved the issue.

I have updated my rating accordingly. It would be helpful if it were more obvious how to report issues.

Costing my company thousands of dollars a week

We're a $1.2mil/year construction company running on M365 and our domain has been blocked for no apparent reason. No way to get rid of it and no way to get our emails to our customers, who are going elsewhere when they think we haven't replied. Complete joke, these d*ckheads are literally costing us tens of thousands of dollars a week and there's nothing we can do.

Illogical moves and useless customer service

As reported in other reviews, their service has an unacceptably high rate of false-positives.
They let the sender send the email with a 'spam/ suspicious link' and then they bounce-back any intent to respond (as it already contains the 'link' send originally by a sender (that they let in).

They are a real pain for a communication even between you and your existing clients that you are maintaining regular email exchanges (so it should be clear that both me and the counterpart are interested in receiving and reading our emails). With prospects/ leads the situation is even worse and you are not 'aware' that they were supposed to send you anything (so you do not follow up, by phone/ any other medium), which makes you not receive their messages, and they thinking you are not responding/ not being interested.

On top of that when reporting the issue, instead of being grateful for a 'free' feedback they are getting argumentative wasting time on showing you everything is fine on their end instead of trying to solve the issue...

Curious that the only positive ratings are from new accounts with 1 review...

This list really blocks SPAM

Tried a lot of different lists from different providers but THIS ONE is far the best. The amount of spam and phish that gets block it's by far the best. Most probably people complaining here are just spammers or they really can't read a dumb page for "how to delist". The support is really fast, usually if you get a listing problem it takes less than 12h for it to get resolved.
