SCAM ALERT!!!
SUCH A SCAM! BE CAREFUL!
I paid €0.50 on Spakdoc for generating a Word document from a PDF.
A few days later they tried to charge me €39.90 without my consent.
There was no point of the process where it would be clearly stated that this was gonna be a subscription, absolutely misleading practice.
I had to call my bank asking for help, and as they suggested I searched spakdoc in my mailbox, and found an email from them from the day of the €0.50 purchase with login details.
After the login, I could cancel the “subscription”, but I warn other users: this is an absolutely non-transparent practice.
I can only hope that after canceling the "subscription", they won't try to charge my bank account again, so I should delete my card and order a new one from my bank.
Guys, learn from my mistake, and don't use their "service".

It’s a scam!! I just discovered I was charged 39,90 for 5 months by this fraude company!! I just converted 1 document and it didn’t say or was very unclear!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! BE CAREFUL! I paid €0.50 on Spakdoc for a one-time service, and a few days later they tried to charge me €39.90 without my consent. Luckily, my bank declined the charge and I cancelled the so-called “subscription”, but I warn other users: this is an abusive and non-transparent practice.
Pagué 0,50 € en Spakdoc para un servicio puntual y sin aceptar ninguna suscripción intentaron cobrarme 39,90 € pocos días después. Esto es publicidad engañosa: en ningún momento se informó de forma clara que era una suscripción. Mi banco bloqueó el cobro y he cancelado la supuesta “suscripción”, pero advierto a otros usuarios: es una práctica abusiva y poco transparente.

Site fonctionnant avec un abonnement automatique qui n'est pas clair du tout ! Vous vous retrouver à passer dans un abonnement pro pour Euro 39,90.- par mois après quelques jours. Et laisser tomber les demandes de remboursement à moins que vous aimiez les réponses de mauvaise foi. Ils se cache derrière leur système qui s'apparente plus à une escroquerie qu'autre chose.
Site with an automatic subscription that's not at all clear! You'll find yourself switching to a pro subscription for Euro 39.90 per month after just a few days. And don't bother asking for a refund unless you like bad-faith answers. They're hiding behind a system that looks more like a scam than anything else.

Merchant charged Unauthorized transactions for several month totaling €118.50.
I have several unauthorized transactions on my credit card from your organization.
I have been continually getting charges on my credit card which are NOT authorized.
* April 15 - €39.90 (301.01 Kroners)
* Mar 05 - €39.90 (300.57 Kroners)
* Feb 17 - €39.90 (300.64 Kroners)
* Feb 03 - € .50 (3.67 Kroners)
