Exceptional quality, delivery was fast and well-packaged. Will order again

We placed an order on this website on November 5th, made by one of my coworkers, to be delivered to Bavaria, Germany, as a farewell gift for two colleagues who were leaving the company. The order was delivered on November 14th, even though their website states that shipments to Germany take 48 to 72 hours, plus one extra day to process the order.

I also did not appreciate that I tried calling the company several times to ask when the order would be delivered, and nobody ever answered the phone.

The main reason I am writing this complaint is because one of the two packages arrived in bad condition. One sardine box had opened, and the package was leaking, as you can see in the photos below. We believe the package was poorly packed, especially considering it was being shipped outside of Spain.

We contacted the store to find a solution, as shown in the email attached, but we never received a reply, even though their website clearly states that if you are not satisfied with the final product, you must contact them within 24 hours of receiving the order so they can help you. We did exactly that, and nothing happened.

Took them over 2 weeks to deliver. Customer service is non existent so don't expect any updates on anything.

Although this company's products are very good, its customer service is non-existent. I placed an order for a number of items, including what is listed as Chorizo on their website. Instead I received Longaniza. Now I know that chorizo and longaniza are similar. But they are not the same. Had I known I would receive longaniza instead of the chorizo I wanted, I would not have ordered it. Furthermore the weight of the chorizo/longaniza plus one other item was considerably lower (15% & 10%) than that advertised. When I politely raised my concerns with the company saying I was not entirely satisfied, I received no response. I then tried in Spanish. Still no response. Had they bothered to reply and apologise, perhaps offering a small discount on my next order, I would have been happy. But since they had neither the decency nor courtesy to reply, I made a claim through PayPal. They found in my favour and I received a refund for the two items in question. Needless to say I will not be doing business with these people again. There are plenty of other good and reliable purveyors of jamón and embutidos who care about their clientele. ¡Adiós Spainiberico!

Company has amazing products that are high quality . I love all the range of Jamon and recently bought their olive oil ! Simply incredible . For my last order I have asked to upgrade shipping to Express as I had planned a party unexpectantly and company accommodated my request immediately . Jamon is to a quality you buy from boutique butchers in Spain . Beautifully packed and taste amazing .

The foods are well picked and delicious.
The delivery and packaging is very efficient and does an excellent job of ensuring the goods arrive in tip top condition and on time.
The true test of any organisation is how well they deal with a mistake. I had my first ever mistake after quite a few orders and it was taken care of swiftly and properly.
I can only give 5 stars for this company.

Overall a good experience and easy. I would suggest adding the recipients telephone number to ease delivery in case of problems.

Great quality food, in packaging that preserves it for the long haul, quick and transparent shipping. What’s not to like!

I was nervous to try SpainIberco since I had never heard about them but I'm happy I did. I was looking for quality meats and cheeses to have delivered to a friend in Spain. The process was easy from start to finish and she received her package within days of placing the order. She said everything tasted great and was high quality. I would definitely recommend SpainIberco!

We ordered a Christmas Hamper for our son while he was on holiday in Spain last Christmas. Unfortunately he didn't receive the hamper because of the address details not being correctly provided for delivery. BUT, Spainiberico were very kind and offered us a partial refund. This was a very kind gesture. We would recommend Spainiberico to anyone wanting to surprise a loved one or friend. Thankyou once again.
