Como ha podido comprobar en el email que le hemos mandado, usted ha escrito la dirección de manera incorrecta y por eso UPS tiene esa dirección. Cuando se hace un pedido es importante que rellene la dirección de envío de manera correcta, ya que es imposible que nosotros o la empresa de mensajería sepamos si los datos introducidos son correctos o no. Hemos hablado con UPS y han cambiado la dirección a la nueva que nos ha indicado. Como le hemos indicado recibirá su pedido mañana. También le ofrecemos la posibilidad de cancelarlo y devolverle el dinero si ya no desea recibirlo.
No comprendemos, ni entendemos este mal comentario y valoración, ya que ha sido usted la que ha escrito mal la dirección de entrega y nosotros lo hemos solucionado en el mismo día. Nos ha comentado que no habla Español y por eso se ha equivocado. Lo entendemos perfectamente, y hemos solucionado el incidente en unas pocas horas, por eso nos parece totalmente injusta esta valoración y confiamos en que la modifique.
