The order and shipping was very quick. I didn’t wait too long for the watch to arrive. I am pleased that the battery is long lasting. I could not wear my Apple Watch during the day and then again at night unless I remembered to charge it. It’s really comfortable to wear too! Love the watch.

I had some problems needing to change my name and email address, so I contacted customer service. I got a bit frustrated with having to create a new account, which would eliminate all of my data from my current watch. Customer service never gave up on me. They helped me throughout the process and made sure my order was completed correctly and promptly. I am very grateful!

The best Smart watch out there!
I had a Garmin first then a Fitbit but got tired of charging the battery almost daily. I saw an add for the Spade Smart watch and the long life battery that I dont have to charge daily. As a matter of fact, 7-10 days is my range of charging . That's why I purchased it but so many other reasons that I love it now. There are so many health related applications on this watch that are useful. Heart related functions, sleep related functions, workout tracking tabs and more. Plus, it works so well with my android phone. I can take and make phone calls, retrieve texts, control music on my phone from my watch, control the camera on my phone. So many other things makes this the best Smart watch on the market and at an incredible price!

I love my Health4 Smartwatch
I love my Health4 Smartwatch! It does everything I need it to do: timer, find my phone, count steps, monitors sleep, oh and it tells time! I charged it after a week, but it could have been longer, and it went from 31% to 100% in about 45 minutes. I can answer, reject or talk on phone calls, and so much more! I have only had it for a week, so we are still getting acquainted. The customer service is so responsive and amazing. I would highly recommend this watch.

I would leave 5 stars had it not taken a week and 12 e-mails before getting a phone call. Up until Trisha called I would have rated my experience 1 star. She was extremely helpful, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, Trisha, you are a true customer service expert

The company, offers, several, great products-some that, are, specifically, for health, and wellness. The smartwatch, that, I ordered, is fantastic- as it not only has many features, for health, wellness-but other features, that, are used, often. Also, I do like, that, the company, provides, many different payment options-which, is great.
Quick and helpful response
I had unwittingly deleted the app that was synced to my health watch. When it was time to change to daylight savings time. I couldn't do so. I sent a message to Spade and company explaining my dilemma and they got back to me immediately with information on how to download the app and sync it to my watch again. They gave me very clear instructions which I appreciated and can't thank them enough for their quick response.
Excellent return/refund experience
We weren't able to use a watch that we ordered. On discovering this, we began communicating with customer service and after following instructions for a return, we were continually informed until we received our refund. Best service ever. Thank you, Winnie, Nick and Judy!!
