As a community hall operator its 10/10
As a community hall operator SpaceToCo has done all we hoped for and more to automate and simplify our bookings.
Together with Kogan Tuya smart lock and building automation we now process minutes what took several pH calls or emails and 3 meetings (show Pavilion, give out key, collect key). Online availability and booking means almost no "just looking" enquiries but more bookings. There's no orphan deposits to reconcile or bonds to refund and we get a single deposit per month all reconciled!
We are now taking 3 x the bookings and revenue so we can afford improvements to our community space!
Is it perfect? No but as a IT systems professional I can say it has exceeded all expectations. They are responsive and the bits we'd like (mainly Kogan/Tuya Smart Life lock IFTT integration - we manually setup unique door codes per booking for booked dates/times) are being worked on
