3/5 items were not in stock for the order. I asked them to cancel and refund my order. They refunded me only the cost of the items, not the shipping. To be clear, they kept the shipping I paid without shipping me anything.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We did refund you for the shipping but mistakenly did not refund you for one item. That was an honest mistake and has since been taken care of.

Yes, 3 items were out of stock but we did email you to inform you of this and asked if you'd like to replace those missing items with others of equal or lesser value. You declined.
