There was no option to give 0 stars or…

There was no option to give 0 stars or take previous stars off.
If there was I would give minus 5.
I have tried my nest to have a open discussion. Even had to send receipts like a teenage girl. All for an evemt that never happened and was cancelled 2 days after its booking. Super unreasonable. It is like when they get you with terms and conditions and think they are nice. I havent received any responses before now that they want money they are super communicative and still very unreasonable.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The website is quite unintuitive — simply checking the availability of a location unexpectedly resulted in a confirmed booking. When I tried to cancel, well in advance (three weeks ahead), I was charged €478. This policy feels unreasonable and misleading. Unfortunately, customer support was not open to discussion or helpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this service.
