Average hotel, the location is great very central and a 5 minute walk from the bayswater tube station however the general cleanliness wasn't great, hairs on the bedsheets and the towels had a fusty smell. I was on the lower ground so below pavement level and everytime sometime flushed the toilet showered ran the tap etc it sounded pretty bad as the drains were next to the window. Not amazing but for the price and location it was ok.
