Buying a VPS from these clowns was hands down the worst decision I've made all year. Let’s unpack this disaster, shall we?
99.98% uptime? A generous 14-day money-back guarantee? Sounds promising, right? Yeah... smoke and mirrors.
Within just two days of purchasing their VPS, it disconnected four times. On top of that, the latency has been steadily getting worse. Naturally, I reached out to their so-called “highly trained staff” to report the issue. Their first response? They proudly announced the problem had been resolved—only for the server to go down again shortly after. Stellar work.
At this point, I realized I was dealing with a joke of a company that clearly can’t deliver a reliable service. So, I politely asked for a refund, as per their 14-day money-back guarantee (helpfully outlined in section 22 of their TOS). And that’s when things got really fun.
My initial refund request was met with the usual corporate tap dance: they offered me “alternatives” to their flaming garbage VPS instead of just processing the refund. I followed up, restating my request. Their second reply? Same runaround.
By the third time I brought up the refund, they finally caved and said they’d “process it.” Except, plot twist, the refund wasn’t an actual refund. Nope. It came in the form of store credits tied to my account, to be used exclusively on more of their subpar services. What. A. Joke.
Long story short: their VPS is unreliable, their promises are vague at best, and their refund policy is a carefully worded illusion. I’m honestly shocked this company is still afloat, but I suppose when you flood Trustpilot with botted 5-star reviews, you can drag out your credibility just a little bit longer.

After what felt like a never-ending saga of email ping-pong, they finally decided to issue the refund back to my original payment method. Granted, this doesn't offset what I previously said.

We started using Space-Hosting.net in 2022. At first, the service was okay, but every month it just kept getting worse. Their support has become completely disrespectful toward clients, and they clearly don't value customer loyalty at all.
Their servers are constantly having problems, full of downtime, and extremely slow compared to other providers. It’s a nightmare if you actually need reliable performance.
Even if they offer -99% coupons, it’s simply not worth it. Cheap prices mean nothing if the servers are unreliable and the support treats you badly.
Space-Hosting.net has built a well-deserved bad reputation for a reason. I strongly advise staying away from them if you care about quality service, fast servers, or any kind of professional support.

server went offline, support was slow to respond. Was offered to re-create my server - did not take actions to troubleshoot. When it was back up, I got no notification. Only generic responses, no troubleshooting. Canceled my service after a week.

I will let a correct review once I have the time. Just to let you know, they are dishonnest, I had around 8-9 problems in 1 month, and 2 servers that I paid 170 euros each are unusable and keep crashing with basic utilisation.
Their support is not reactive and doesn't fix problems.
They constantly add new fees.
If you try to cancel a dedicated server, they will not cancel it and keep asking you money.

Bought a dedicated server that their support recommended, the server crashed the first day and there is no option to restart it, they restart it after 3 days saying they fixed the issue, crashed again and said they will fix it and compensate the time, two weeks later i login and the server is online, no message were sent, i ask for a refund for my wasted time, they say they won't refund, i ask for compensation for the time that has beeen wasted out of my sub, they said no issue found on their side no compensation will be sent, a bunch of scammers that should be ashamed of themselves.
Stephan is a great support agent, it's a shame and wasted potentional that he have to work with the other people in that company.

At first, the service was good, but now it's a complete disaster. My server has gone down three times in just a month, and each time, it was offline for more than 20 hours—not just a few minutes. Right now, it's down again.
Customer support is slow and unhelpful. They kept asking the same questions over and over without explaining why my server was down. They gave me two options: recreate the server and lose my data or migrate it, which was supposed to take 4–6 hours. Instead, it took over 20 hours. When the server finally came back online, it lasted only half a day before going down again.
They promised that after migration, uptime and performance would improve. That was a lie. Stay away from this service.
Update: There was yet another migration, and for now, the server is online and working. I’m cautiously optimistic, but we’ll see how long it lasts.
Yet another update: I've said goodbye to the hosting — they reply too slowly, the server went down again, and the only thing they could offer was migration every time. Offering one month free for a positive review won’t fix poor service.

i bought 3 Vps and 2 of them restart once or twice every day and the connection is laggy and unstable for 1h after the restart.
2- Bad Customer support
they have no live chat so you will have to open a ticket and good luck, you will get copy and paste replay every 12h or 24h, my problem is very simple, and it takes less than 5min to fix and it's been 3 days so far and still not fixed.
3- lazy
i even try to contact them through discord but they have a bot that handle Verifying new members and it's not working and it's been for over 3 days and they know it's down and they didn't fix it so far.

Allows their network to be used for malicious activities. Confirmed spammers and phishers operating in their IP space. Abuse reports sent. They reply after initial report but then do nothing after the fact. Sending sporadic emails back and forth over two weeks, over ONE IP address without any attempts at any remediation what so ever is unacceptable. The reason for this review is because on host is still active and still sending spam to countless users. Perhaps it's time to investigate who leases you your IPs or who your upstream provider(s) are. Perhaps they'd be interested in knowing fraudulent and illegal activates are being willfully ignored.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Space Hosting.net, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've had with any service provider. First off, their delivery time is abysmal; I ordered 10 servers, and it took them a staggering 9 days to deliver just one of them. And when it finally arrived, the server was nowhere near the specifications I paid for. I ordered an i9 processor at 6GHz, but what I got was an i9 at a measly 3GHz - a clear bait-and-switch tactic.
After realizing the server was not up to spec, I immediately sought to cancel all services due to their egregious failure to deliver what was promised. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism, Space Hosting.net not only refused to provide a refund but had the audacity to charge me for an additional month of service that was never even provided! To add insult to injury, their customer support was nothing short of a bullying debacle. Their responses to my refund requests were filled with unprofessional, aggressive language, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
Fortunately, I won my case to get my money refund despite space-hosting telling me that "I will never see my money again".
Oh! and did I mention that the marketing campaign run by this company is offering free credit for a positive review? I kid you not!
This company lacks integrity, transparency, and basic customer service ethics. They've shown themselves to be unreliable, dishonest, and hostile towards customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Space Hosting.net. They are not just a disappointment; they are a complete scam.

PS: as usual, space hosting will state that in they general condition, you are waiving any refund and cannot raise a charge back claim. Don´t trust them, I ended up getting ALL my money back at the cost of having to deal with my bank and the payment service.

I have had multiple servers with this provider—five in total. Some were Windows servers, while others were simple Ubuntu servers.
Initially, I experienced issues where I couldn’t cancel my renewal, but I received a refund, which restored my trust and encouraged me to purchase more services from them. Occasionally, my servers would go down for a few minutes or even an hour. However, I didn’t pay much attention to these issues since the servers weren’t hosting critical data or serving clients.
Recently, I made the decision to purchase a server for a client to host their software. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a terrible mistake.
The server went down around seven days ago. After two days of waiting, I contacted the support team to report the issue since no one seemed to be addressing it. I initially received automated responses, which I didn’t realize were automated until they kept repeating. As time went on, my requests were ignored, and I was repeatedly told that the issue was being worked on.
Even now, the server is still not operational. This has caused me immense stress as I deal with upset clients, and my reputation in the industry continues to suffer with each passing day. The server contains critical and sensitive data that isn’t mine, and the lack of resolution is unacceptable.
I am willing to edit this review if the support team resolves the issue fast. However, so far, I’ve had no success—my requests are being ignored, and the server remains down.

I've used the higher AMD Dedicated server few times in past and planned get it on next month. To be honest its worth the money. Up time are 100% very fast connection and ethernet speed on RDP. Best option with faster DDR5 RAM, M2 NVME and newest AMD CPU.
Support wasn't great as they didn't resolve my issue as I requested a refund and kept on saying to reach out the the technical team as a technical team don't enforce refunds they just make sure you got the service and if its online, the ones who enforces refunds is the billing team or the sales team. I would not recommend going to these for support
