I am very happy with my experience of purchasing my vehicle from Spa motors. Many thanks to Lewis and Cameron who made the experience hassle free and as simple as possible. They ensured the van I was buying was sold in perfect condition and also at a very good price. I would definitely recommend to others and would be looking to purchase my next vehicle from spa motors in the future.

very difficult to have proper communication with Cameron who was overseeing buying a vehicle from me, I had two quotes from him the lower one as he admitted was his fault as when he gave me a price for the car he had put the wrong mileage in, this then reduced the price by £200 pounds, i offered him photos of minor damage to car before price was agreed he didn't want them when the car was picked up today they reduced by a further £300 pounds due to damage to car, very disappointed with the poor communication, Cameron's words to me on Saturday "I am doing you a favour buying the car from you" i am sure the experience would have been different if i was buying a car and not selling one

Plenty of space on site, clean showroom. Good choice of 4x4 automatics for sale and all prepared with great detail.

Bought my new pick up from here. Good, clean vehicle with a full history, and they even added a couple of extras at no cost.

Staff were attentive and polite, Jake in particular was very helpful.

Can’t praise all at Spa Motors enough. A great experience from the details provided on the website to the speed at which questions are answered (regardless of what that question is) and of course to the welcome on the day you pick up your car.

From the minute we spoke to the staff at Spa Motors to picking up our new car, all
I can say is that it was by far our best and easiest experience of purchasing a car, nothing was too much trouble and the boys went over and above to accommodate us as a family.
This included sorting out part exchange, finance and the retention and transfer of personal number plate!
Communication throughout the whole process was second to none, I was given regular updates throughout which made the whole process enjoyable and stress free.
We first visited with my 22 month old son, whereby Cameron offered us a test drive with no pressure and even advised us to try our car seat / pram etc in the car first so ensure it was suitable for all our needs as a family.
There is a lovely atmosphere and morale, fab showroom and outstanding selection of vehicles!
We cannot thank Cameron and all the staff at Spa Motors enough for all their help and support and can definitely recommend!!

Great service. Start to finish, very well organised, from sales department to garage excellent. Purchased my Vw amarock practically over the phone. No red flags from start to finish. Even pet friendly after our long drive to pick the car up, Would definitely recommend.

Super helpful staff, relaxed, knowledgeable and keen to assist. Very responsive on phone, email and text. The purchased vehicle was ready to collect in double quick time. Paperwork was easily sorted as staff are so experienced, full mechanical overview and MOT without any delay, car was super clean and everything was ready to go. A few (very) minor post purchase issues were rapidly resolved without any hesitation. This was particularly impressive. I am a satisfied customer and will return to Spa Motors for future vehicle purchases and for all future garage work requirements. Well done to a great team.
