not happy

I'm going to be 100% honest and provide a full feedback:
The team is very kind and responsive.

However:
Yes, we did receive high-quality photos and videos, but they were very far from what we had requested. The brief I had prepared in advance was not followed at all. We ended up shooting products that were not showcased properly (no close-ups, etc.).
This agency is great for shooting models, but not at all suitable for shooting products—whether clothing or other items.
The models are very happy with their photos, but I absolutely do not recommend this agency for a brand.
