One of the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. Nightmare to empty no suction at all power is useless. I only bought it because the reviews where good but I think a lot of them must be fake as its no where as good. Regret ever wasting my money on this vacuum cleaner

This company needs to scrap this vacuum and re design.So disappointed by the whole experience blocks up cylinder does not fit properly 😔

We purchased a pro vacuum cleaner at a cost of £179 in November and the floor brush hose split in April so we contacted Cindy about the problem and at 1st she seemed like she was going to be helpful how wrong we were she doesn't even reply to emails now and totally ignores us all we require is a replacement floor brush then we would have a working vacuum again but still haven't had any notification from all the emails I've sent which we find extremely rude as we are pensioners and can't afford to buy a new one as £179 is a lot of money for us just to write off Chris and Maggie Bishop

Horrible product, one of the worst surprisingly enough. Pretty sure was broke and I had to submitted 5 videos to prove it wasn’t working and I’m still waiting on my refund

Absolutely shocking company! Placed an order for a vacuum cleaner, and paid for it, decided against it and cancelled the order within an hour of paying for it, they then decided to take a 15% fee despite it saying on their website a full refund would be issued if cancelled within an hour! When questioned this they have ignored my emails!

I had to give a star so I could write the review. I placed an order by mistake and email them to cancel it straight away. They email back that they need to deduct 15% according to they refund policy. The order hasn't been even despatched. What a fraud!!!

We move houses recently and ordered two beds from there as we were recommended by a close friends. Not having dealt with them before, we initially only ordered one, however within a week the bed was delivered and the gentleman who delivered was so conciderate and courteous that we immediately ordered the second. The beds are amazing quality and we've been sleeping like babies!

I came across this website online and found exactly what I was looking for (Colorado divan bed). I was a bit hesitant as I never heard of this website but decided to go with them. Received a text in 3 days letting me know my bed was now ready for delivery. I replied to the text to confirm delivery tomorrow is fine and received a time window. The driver rang me when he was 30 minutes away and allowed me to prepare for the delivery. The bed in 2 parts, plus the mattress and the floor standing headboard. It took literally 10-15 minutes to assemble everything as it was very straight forward. End result was a beautiful bed in our bedroom and a very very comfortable mattress (memory pocket mattress). Thanks to Steve for helping me choose the right mattress, he asked me a few questions and then told me which mattress would suit our needs. I have recommended you to family and friends. My go to place now for beds and mattresses. Excellent prices much better than stores, and fast and friendly service

Having placed an order with another bed company only to be let down by them, I spoke to Sovora to make sure they could deliver by a certain date and they stuck to their word and delivered it perfectly on time. The bed is great but the mattress js even better. Stress free purchase just like it ought to be, easy and seamless.

I had paticular requirements that meant many questions before purchasing, thankfully the team weren't put off by this and answered everything with multiple suggestions too.

Since my purchase, I waited to see the quality of product before my review, glad to say it matched the customer service.

Really fantastic service from start to finish. The team are very helpful, polite and informative and made sure we were looked after.
