This is not a legitimate firm. They took my deposit, didn't return any calls, didn't respond to mails and clearly didn't show up to do the work.

If I could give -5 stars I would. These guys are con artists. DO NOT USE THEM. I paid a deposit in November 21 for a front door meant to be fitted January 22. Now it's June, still no door and they still have my deposit. The one time I got through by phone in March, the guy lied and fobbed me off. Since then no response to any call or email. I just saw on Companies House their accounts are overdue, so imagine they've gone bust and run off with people's money.
DO NOT USE.
They were prompt enough to put up scaffolding for replacement windows, though one of the windows they had prepared turned out to be the wrong type, and they had to return to install that one. The scaffolding stayed up after all windows had been installed and I was told it would be removed a couple of days after the last window was installed.
The scaffolding was put up on 21st February. Most of the work was done 22nd Feb. The last window was installed 23rd March. Since then frequent attempts to contact the company came to nothing, Emails requesting the scaffolding be removed were ignore. Voicemails went unanswered. Only today (June 22nd) has the scaffolding finally been taken down, and only after I paid another company £150 to do it.
This company is incompetent and you should not trust them.
Installed 5 Windows. The workmanship was overall bad. Some times they used timber that was drilled into stone and then windows were fixed to this timber piece leaving 10cm or more gap, which was filled with foam. (no DPC when timber went against solid stone wall). When they left, the job looked unfinished and horrible (like a construction site).
Windows were also missing keys, external vent covers and handle fixing caps.
We were promised to receive FENSA certificate and a year later they still are ignoring us. Before we paid them money they lied to us saying that they are part of Certass, but later we discovered they do not hold any certificates.
Recently confirmed with FENSA that the company managed to register itself, but still is refusing to issue the certificate.
Have been sending email almost every month and calling the company all the time. They just lie and then ignore you.
Our window replacement needed scaffolding, which was arranged by Southwest Windows. The scaffolding didn't arrive on the agreed date, so we had to wait in on multiple days. Now that the work's done, the scaffolding is still there one month later, so we've lost the use of part of our garden.
The work they've done is OK, but the hassle we're going through now has completely cancelled out any positives.
In the lead up to the fitting and after I've contacted the firm many times by phone. I've lost count of the number of times I've been promised a call back that never comes.
Southwest Windows have assured me multiple times that it will definitely be gone by such-and-such a day and time, so we wait in and then no-one comes.
I made the mistake of paying the full amount on the day the work was done, not thinking about the scaffolding removal - if you use them, don't make the same mistake!
Really pleased with our new windows. Downside very poor customer services regarding communication. Had to continuously contact them to see when my windows were going to be fitted and dates changed 3 times also very misleading from sales Rep that fitting would only take a day!
4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the team of fitters hard workers especially Stuart who took pride in his work. Sarah
They have given me what I wanted. The installation went smoothly, on the agreed date, and everything works.
