We had a fantastic cocktail class with Eduardo. He was a great host and managed our rather rowdy bunch very well. He was an excellent teacher and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another class with this company. Hopefully we can get out to see you in Ibiza soon! Thank you!

Excellent virtual team building! Steve guided us through three cocktails, while entertaining us with background facts about the history of the cocktails and a rocking playlist. The cocktail making set and the ingredients were high quality and arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend!

Great fun making cocktails with Steve for a surprise birthday treat - I would definitely recommend. Steve was really clear in all his instructions and we made three fantastic cocktails that I will be making again. Info was sent in advance so that everyone had the ingredients needed. It was a great way to do something fun with friends online.

Thank you so much for making my birthday really special. Living abroad it was a great chance to share my birthday with those back in the UK. As not in the UK we had a few more people involved and would recommend that advice be added that additional shakers be got hold of for groups over 3 people! Our barman got a bit panicky at times! The cocktails were all delicious.

Given the diverse group we were, Steve did a fabulous job of keeping us on track to produce some fantastic cocktails - all were delicious. Most fav was the salted caramel espresso martini.

My friends and I enjoyed a fantastic birthday celebration on Saturday night, with a Virtual Cocktail Masterclass, with Eduardo. Eduardo guided us through making our three cocktails in a fun and entertaining manner, and I have to say, we made an excellent choice with our cocktails - they were all delicious. And, after the session, we received the recipes so that we can make them again. The whole booking process, from start to finish, was really easy and Steve was very prompt in replying to my enquiring emails. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Southside Bars

A great evening spent with Steve from Southside Bars. The cocktails were delicious and it was great he was able to give us some of the history of each drink as well. We all loved it and would definitely recommend for a lockdown night in with friends. Great way to get together and excellent value for money
