I’ve bought many items from Southern Tide over the years. One of the nice perks was being honored with a discount as a veteran, even on sale items. Now, that is no longer an option. Apparently, it only matters that I served when items are full retail price. Oh well, enjoy your freedom, ST. I will enjoy sending my $ to someone else.

Total lack of response from this company....purchased a dress, it didn't fit...returned it as instructed and requested the correct size be sent to me...never got the replacement garment....attempted repeatedly to reach a human at Southern Tide to discuss no charge replacement....VERY poor customer service....consider not doing business with this company

If you are not a tall guy, don’t buy their shirts unless you wear tucked in. They don’t allow reviews on their website and often sales items are final and can’t be returned. I used to love their products, but don’t understand the lack of transparency about fit. They apparently use a lot of models who are 6’0 and above further confusing the fit situation. Now I have spent $100’s of wasted money on shirts I can’t wear and can’t return. Why the store bought shirts fit, but the stuff bought from their website doesn’t l, is beyond me.

Jamie and Lee at the Islamorada store are terrific. They go above and beyond to help every customer. Great quality clothing at great prices.

Generally poor customer service, poor communication, and mediocre clothing at a premium price. Spend your money elsewhere with companies who value their consumers and treat them responsibly and fairly.

Terrible customer service. Witheld funds despite all items being returned in new condition. Would not provide an explanation after multiple customer service inquiries. Given the cost of the product, you'd expect a more premium product and quality customer service. Both things are severely lacking.

Recently visited the Southern Tide Store on Duval St in Key West to purchase a shirt. My salesperson Yolanda was exceptional. She was very helpful and one of the most personable sales people I’ve ever encountered. Thanks so much Yolanda!

Lisa from Southern Tide in Islamorada is amazing! I really love Southern Tide clothing, as does my husband. I have to say the customer service Lisa offered was up and above. She helped me locate 2 dresses, made multiple phone calls and made it possible for me to get them. Thank you Lisa!

The polos I purchased are nice shirts as far as the fabric, overall appearance, and size. However, the sleeves are cut too short. The sleeves of my undershirt extend beneath the sleeves of my polo. Very unsightly..$100 a shirt and I can't wear them in public.

Scam. Great website and looks legit as can be. As soon as you order your credit card will tell you it’s not in the United States. As soon as you try to call and cancel the order you will find out they have none. As soon as you click on “contact us” links you’ll see the web links are broken. God only knows who I just gave my credit card info to.
