Fixed both of my Computers. One was very slow & the other just a black screen, I thought they were both un-savable.

Slow is now fast & the black screen now works perfectly.

I recently contacted Southern PC Doctor for help with persistent internet connectivity issues, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Mark arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and carried out a series of tests to pinpoint the cause. He also cleaned up my hard drive, removing unnecessary software that was slowing things down.

To ensure I had a stable connection, he provided a WiFi dongle — and the improvement was immediate. My connection speed increased dramatically, and the reliability has been flawless ever since.

What really stood out was Mark’s professionalism. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was still working perfectly before sending the invoice. The cost was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the service.

I’m extremely satisfied and will certainly be using his services again.

Mark is an absolute diamond. I needed help with emails, I could not access one account which was frozen. This was speedily rectified. Also set up new printer, and print option on my phone. He was very patient as I am quite mature and not good with technology! I would thoroughly recommend him.

This is the second time I have used Mark and both times have been very good and quick, Mark identified the problems quickly and rectified them without too much hassle.

Mark arrived promptly, he sorted out my printer problem quickly and reconnected it to the laptop. He also re-educated me on how to back up my data to my hard drive.

Situation:- my laptop holds significant data however access prevented by Bitlocker display additionally I was unable to access my Live E'mail account that holds 15 years of contact addresses.
A dire situation, however a call to Southern PC Doctor Ltd., (07795278635) & a visit date & time agreed.
To my enormous relief all were restored within less than one hour.
The doctor succeeded where another organisation had failed.
