I had an issue with the equipment and it was sorted very quickly

We ordered one and it arrived on time and we’ll packaged… although in a very large box. The instructions were fairly clear and we were able to set up and smoke some cheese easily and quickly. The taste was fantastic and you only use very little of the mini chips/splinters of smoking wood. They will last a long time. We’ve tried both the hickory and the applewood and they have different flavours. The item is easy to clean too. Very happy

Bought A Sous Vide Dehydrator, Have used it a couple of times, been great so far, does exactly what I need it too, planning to start dehydrating a lot more in the future. Delivery was very quick, would definitely use again.

Very disappointed with the service received. I ordered a XL Kasai Robata Edition, I was given a delivery date and it did not arrive. I called to see where it was to be told they had forgotten to dispatch and that it would go out that day delivery the following day. Week later and still no delivery. I called up again to be told they have no stock and that they are unsure of a delivery date.

Bought a sous vide vacuum sealer via Amazon in March. It no longer vacuums. It is beyond Amazon't 30 days returns deadline. I contacted Sous Vide Tools and their email back said "Hello David, Your warranty is with Amazon. Kindest regards. Rachel". Curt, unhelpful and failing to provide the service their warranty requires.

Please do not use this company. No respect for customers.

I received an incorrect item and got a quick response and replacement that I received the following day. I also got a follow-up email asking if I had the goods and if everything was ok a few days later.
Excellent Kasai Konro product too!

Amazing service.
Had a problem with original order - NOT with the product, but it was damaged in transit by DPD.

Firstly, the package I bought of Cooker, Vacuum Sealer and Pouches has been amazing, completely revolutionized my cooking protocols, to the point where I use it more as a professional would, not just for the occasional home recipe. Maybe it was this severe overuse that led to a slight fault developing with the Vacuum Sealer! No matter, the customer support at sousvidetools leapt straight to the rescue with a downloaded Returns Form, I popped it in the post and four days later I hear it is on it's way back to me, a PCB replaced and tested, all under warranty, no fuss whatsoever. Thanks to Rachel and the team!

A good company to deal with.

I recently bought a sous vide machine for my business. Sous Vide Tools insisted on us sending two videos to ensure that we were following the instructions correctly. They finally agreed that it was faulty, having suggested again that it was our fault. They asked us to package and send it back (surely they should collect it), we did this and asked for a refund, they ignored this request and sent it back. I assume it is now working but do not want a product that is clearly shoddy. I understand that sometimes things don't work, but don't blame the customer and if you have sold a faulty product refund it!

Ordered a Christmas gift from Sous Vide Tools, which was to be delivered by DPD. As the house would be empty for the delivery slot, requested it be delivered to my next door neighbour. DPD agreed to the request. However, when DPD "delivered" the parcel the delivery photo was of a random hallway and no house number. DPD were useless but Sous Vide even worse, they didn't even bother to respond when contacted. So I'm left with no Christmas gift and having to make a claim for a refund via my bank.

There was a slight issue with our order, but Lucy went to lengths to make sure it was sorted. Great website with a great offering.

I ordered 4 bags of 10kg charcoal from them. Brand in the picture was Globaltic charcoal as was the description taken direct from Globaltic website, so I expected to be sent such product.

Instead I was sent a 4 x 12kg low end generic charcoal product. Initially customer services said it was the same product, just bigger bags. I wasn't happy and they agreed to collect and would refund of receipt of the items. Upon enquiring with Globaltic it turned out the product wasn't the same and I was being fobbed off.

Staff were very helpful and friendly delivery was fast.
And above all the quality of materials is first class.
And British made.
