Package never arrived

Package never arrived after 2 months 1 week (ordered a puffed jacket in May 25), I never recieved any mails, never got answered on Instagram (even in their posts) nor Facebook and never received even a tracking number, horrible.

slow customer service

i ordered from this company in april and for about a month got no contact from them despite me emailing them multiple times. However they just got back to me and confirmed my order had been shipped 2 weeks ago and it just didn’t show up for me.. i’m currently still waiting for my package but i’m excited to get it.
You can trust them and buy from them of course just be wary that there is very slow replies.

update: my package came today, after 2 months, the skirt fit me absolutely
perfectly and i love it but the earrings snapped 10 minutes after i put them on. i’m so happy with the skirt though.

Overall happy the company needs to work on the sizing chart but the shoes did arrive and are just exactly like the photo

Second edit... so yesterday we got the second pair of shoes! My daughter LOVES them! They do fit but she normally wears a size 7 and I had to order the 9 which fits more like a 6 1/2 so anyway my overall review is good I just wish the company would work on the sizing. Edit*** it took one day and I did eventually make contact with the company- so far they seem willing to be fair and they are selling me a second pair at a significant discount, when I get the second pair if they fit I will update the star rating....

I got a pair of shoes for my daughter, they took a long time to come but they eventually did make it but then I was disappointed because they were 4 sizes to small... I have been trying to get ahold of the company to do a return and so far no luck 😩

Shoes!

I actually ordered shoes from there a while ago. They came in today and the quality is nice! It’s good material but it creases easily and it’s only the first day. I am not aware if this happens with other fresh sneakers but these are my first pair. The fact that they took about two months to get here, other than that, they’re pretty good.

A really bad first experience for my daughter’s first online…

This was my daughter’s first online shopping experience and indeed a bad one. As others have mentioned very slow postage, we ordered six items and three months later have only received four. Of these four only one would I say is of decent quality the others are very poor quality and material. We received an Email when the postage was very delayed but with the imcomplete order we have received nothing further in correspondence, despite my attempts to contact them three times. I would never purchase from them again.

We can confirm however that all items in the order were delivered within 4 weeks except the two items which due to postage delays beyond our control took much longer to arrive. We ultimately refunded you for the items due to the severe delays which we hoped was the solution you were looking for. That said, we’ll take your comments on board! - Nina Fleming

Ordered on Nov 27. Item has not shipped or been updated. Have emailed 3 times and only got an automated response once. The others no response. Do not trust!

Update: Finally received item on Jan. 13. Item was what I wanted and expected. Overall, customer service was non existent for me.

Ive given them one star because my…

Ive given them one star because my daughter is happy with the cloathing she got , the customer care is so bad its non existent your first email is automatically answered the rest ignored , re brought the item i wanted to return from a different company at half the price , they say free packaging and posting its not , If you use this company you will pay over the odds for cloaths you cant return and no customer care .
