Just taken over a business and received our first bill of 2 weeks, estimated and a lot more. Called and spoke with Sam B, she was very friendly, amended the bill immediately, sent a form for a possible reduction of sewerage charges as we are a cafe and predominately water is used to make beverages. We also set up the direct debit, discussed options of monthly or quarterly and sent the form out immediately after our call.

I rang to make one of my accounts a quarterly Direct Debit and it was done swiftly and efficiently by the lovely lady in customer services.
She was very helpful with a second account and a retrospective leak, directing me to the correct Team, and facilitating my enquiry.

We've recently been having issues with a water meter erroneously associated with our commercial unit. I contacted Source for Business and explained the issue to the UK based customer service rep, Heather. Within ten minutes Heather of dialling the number I had been emailed a form for an engineer to attend site (no cost) to verify the supply and sort out the issue. In stark contrast, we're having the same issue with Water Plus, who, after many, many emails and phone conversations are no closer to resolving the issue and are more interested in threating us with legal action. When we come up for renewal, we will definitely be looking at moving our supply to water plus! Thank you Heather.
