I had a very slight issue with my order that may not matter to most people but I reached out, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful. Did not notice until afterward, and so I contacted the Sound Shoppe admin. They responded immediately and corrected the address for me right away. The item came quickly and it was very well packed with bubble wrap etc. Everything was in order. Thanks!
