Non-existent Claims Department
The reviewers reporting excellent customer service have got to be fakes. I had a set of earbuds that malfunctioned within 8 months of purchase and sought help trying to file a warranty claim. Over a month later, no one from SoundPEATS has responded.
I did get a hold of a general customer service rep but was told to email the Aliexpress division since that is where I purchased the product. I already did that though and all the service rep would say was to send another one. I went ahead and did so, and a week later, still no response from the claims department. At the very least, SoundPEATS should send a response letting me know that they received my messages. Otherwise, for over a month now, they've left me in the dark feeling abandoned.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if something goes wrong with any of their products you can rest assured that you will never be able to get them replaced under warranty. For the first time in my life im actually offended by a company. I feel sick knowing I reccomended them to others and I sincerely hope that noone else has to be unfortunate as to having to attempt to speak to these criminals...

Quality products, affordable prices and excellent customer care
I purchased a pair of SoundPeats Truengine 2 on Amazon a while back and despite the low price I was mindblown by the power and quality of the sound coming out of each ear piece. For under 40€, these bluetooh earbuds are competing with earphones (and even headphones) retailed at x4 or even x5 the price! This is coming from someone that works a lot with music and sound engineering.
Fast forward almost a year from purchase and one of the two earbuds started having some issues. Despite having made my purchase on Amazon, I decided to reach out directly to SoundPeats, who without any hesitation, offered me multiple solutions and showed me nothing short of professionality.
For a company that isn't exactly mainstream, they've certainly showed their true colours. Well done SoundPeats!

Just as a warning to others: after 1 year of loving SoundPeats Truengine 2, with great audio quality and battery life... touch controls are now dead. I guess you get what you pay for and the build quality isn’t too great for these.
Even though them received these on 30th October 2019, and I noticed they weren’t working 7th November 2020, all SoundPeats are offering me is 8% off Amazon. Why would I spent another £60 when the product will break after a year? Shocking company.
I give 2 stars because for a few months I did throughly enjoy these. However in the future I’d recommended people go for Apple AirPods because (1) better features and (2) Apple will help even after warranty.

As a owner of both the Sony WF1000XM3 and the Soundpeats TruEngine 3 SE, I would say for the price that i've paid for the Soundpeats(60SGD on sale), the audio quality is very much alike(bass and treble). The battery life is super good too. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a cheap and budget earbuds that could rival the high end earbuds. You're only missing out the ANC for this price point.

I ordered a pair of true free + headphones via Amazon. When they arrived no headphones or charging case was in the box. After speaking with Amazon customer service they said to I could get a refund or contact the company about a replacement. A replacement is what I wanted and not a refund. I went ahead and contacted them and they said it was a problem with their third party sellers like Amazon. So who’s meant to deal with me as a customer who bought headphones who didn’t actually receive any & I would have been happy with a replacement... disappointed to say the least!
Excellent product, excellent after service.
I bought a pair of True engine2 earbuds as part of a kickstarter project. I knew the company was OK for the budget end of buds as Amazon sell them and the reviews on all models were pretty good for the price. They came around the date they were promised and I was blown away by the quality for the price (about £55 I think)
9 months later the touch sensor on the right has stopped working, meaning I can't turn it up amongst other functions.
I contacted them via messenger and also emailed them expecting a wait before I got a response (if any).
Within the hour I had a response from both, and I chose to carry on communicating through email.
We tried various things (like turn it off then on again 😂) to no avail admitting defeat. They are now sending me a brand new pair out free of charge.
All of this was accomplished within the hour.
If only all customer service was this good. Excellent product, excellent after service.
I did not expect much but WOW
I did not expect much. My partner has Sony WF-1000XM3 buds at nearly £200. Yep they are better but not much.....These were under £25 and TRUST ME these are amazing and fit me better much better as I have smaller ears. I cannot fathom how they did it for the price. I am sold. The base, treb, midrange all so so perfect. Best buy of my life. Oh and BT5.0 and 4+ hours of battery. Sweet

I was gifted a pair of G 30 earplugs. They wouldn’t charge and I called customer service. Customer service sent me a new pair even though I didn’t have an order number. I explained to them that they were a gift, and they didn’t hesitate to replace mine even without the order number. Great customer support! Especially Tina!

One star is still much lol. They are scammers. Still waiting for earbuds for around 8 months and still dont get them. They just took my name, address details and contact details and then they stopped to reply to me! SCAMMERS!!!!! Also the worst costumer service ever!

I purchased the Q900 and have had nothing but problems with them left ear bud stops working this is my fifth set the first four were warrantied all the same problem they won't warranty them anymore the box says they are new maybe Soundpeats is selling inferior products Buyer Beware!

The headphones Q12 which I had bought in the USA broke down within the warranty period, I sent an e-mail to the company explaining the problem in details. They responded very fast and just asked for the invoice and then offered to send me the upgraded model for free. However, as I live in Turkey, they could not shin the item oversees, but i stead they made a complete refund of my money to my credit card without asking to send the broken ones back! I was so impressed that in my first trip abroad, I ordered this upgraded version via Amazon, and send them the invoice as a sign of gratitude and trust they had transmitted me. Great company, great product indeed.

I owned Soundpeats q12 and it worked fine for the first 6 months and all of a sudden the left earpiece was not working so I couriered the product the Mumbai service centre after that there was no response from their side regarding the replacement. After few days I called and enquired about the replacement the guy said we don't have the product in stock so we didn't respond to you and told me to wait for 2-3 weeks to get the earphones. I asked him to give me the same shade of the earphone which I previously had he said it depends on products he receive and if they don't get that shade they will refund me and directly disconnected the call.
