The hearing aids arrived after a delay.

The company was not good about communicating or responding to my concerns, which is unfortunate because the product actually works pretty well. I am fairly satisfied with it considering the low price.

I ordered based on a Review of Hearing devices. I am not even sure the article is genuine. The device did not ship, and the company did not respond to any inquiries I made about my order.

Unfortunately, I feel I got taken by a scam. Do not make the same mistake.

I wish I could review the product but I have not received the hearing aids to rate them. It's been two weeks since I've ordered the Mini Hearing Aids. Their website states "Free One Day Shipping". That should be removed if they cannot meet "high demand", which has been their response to the two emails I've sent. To top it off, they just sent an email asking me to the review their hearing aids. Laughable. I'll give them two more days before I cancel order and ask for a refund.

I placed an order 5 days ago and have yet to receive anything from soundbright . And have yet to receive any reply's from them on shipping. It's looking like another scam 😒

I purchased a mini OTC hearing aid and a Sunbright Discovery OTC hearing aid from Sunbright for a total price of $199.00. It was a 45-day no-risk trial, and a 100% money-back guarantee. They are not what I expected, despite repeated attempts to contact Sunbright by Email, phone, and through their website. I estimate I have made over a dozen efforts to reach them, all of which have failed. Due to a complete lack of communication and inability to reach the seller, I know believe this is a fraudulent transaction.

I bought both over the ear and in the canal, mostly the color & cost. I've bought $5000 pair which sounded like tin foil & silver. White beard and salt & pepper hair. Never wore then. Tried 6 OTC. I wanted dark color to blend in my hair and bluetooth capatibility. OTE were both and comfortable all day. ITE where black, but not crazy about pushing the volume control button. Good for backup. Best deal

I have had soundbright hearing aids for well past the trial period. My problem is that I am on my second or third pair of hearing aids from soundbright and now the right hearing aid sound like a fan motor in your ear. My first pair the wire broke. Then I could not here out of the second pair and now the the fan motor problem. If I would have know I was going to go through so much problem I would have save my money for a better pair. I tried get a refund but the said no past the trial period. I least give them a 1 star cause they have an ok customer service. Every time I ask to send it back they just send me knew ones which is great and all but I would like my money back instead. They are just another scam which such suck cause I spend over $300 on a pair. Every time I go in like a hospital or even my nieces school the hearing aid start to make a static noise and I have to take them off until I can get to the car. Which is not helpful when you can hardly hear.

I bought the soundbright hearing aids and wore them 40 days and did not like them the background noise over powered everything else so I called numerous times to get a refund . the voice mail said texting was the quickest way. I texted numerous times and each time it took a week to get a reply which was the same reply to different questions . Clearly AI at its worst meanwhile they get ahold of me 4 weeks later after the refund date was past.a rip off company out to steal your money do not support these scam artist. The hearing aids suck customer Serbia sucks, and there ai sucks I will be reporting them to better business next

Easy to put in ears

I placed an order with SoundBright last night thinking I would not be charged until 45 days was up. I was charged instantly. Have been trying all day to reach someone and have found that to be next to impossible. The website says they respond fastest via text, so I texted. They said someone would be with me in a "jiffy." That was 3 hours ago.
If THIS is their customer service with a new customer, I would hate to think what it would be like for others. At this point, I do not want them and will send them back the same day I get them.

DO NOT BUY THESE HEARING AIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased july 2024 befor 60 days was up battery would only last 8 hours. contacted company they said I would have to send them back and I did. get second set they said delivered Sept 19th but I did not have them yet was almost the end of the month rep told me for my trouble I got extended warranty until the end of 2024. Now again the left device just quit, I have had enough and wanted a refund thru email. Rep responded no refund that I was way out of trial period, so now I am screwed for a refund so they said they would replace them under a year warranty. I am totally stuck I was told by their rep in good faith but now they won't honor what I was told! I paid 329 bucks for nothing this is the second time that I have a problem and The company just wants to turn their back on my! Don't be fooled by their ads because it is Not True!

One of my hearing aids doesn't work and hasn't for several months.
I've tried to reach Sound Bright but haven't heard back from them.
I shouldn't have to continue to pay for half a product.

lost my charger case with one hearing aid cant find it ?? Options?? help please

I wore them today and by noon I couldn't hear anything. People were speaking to me and I could hardly hear them.
I want to return them for a full refund.

Let me start off by saying I have profound hearing loss. I had a pair of very expensive hearing aids over $5000 and while I was sleeping, my dog chewed them up. It was really my fault for falling asleep with Them in. Cut to the Chase. I had very low expectations for these hearing aids as I was told the next thing for me would be a cochlear implant. I had very low expectations for these hearing aids because of my profound hearing loss. I am remarkably impressed at how well I can hear with the discovery. It took me a couple of days to get them dialed in but I messed around with different ear pieces and programs/volumes and they work very well. For the price, I would give them a 10 out of 10. I'm extremely happy with the choice I've made and so thankful that I can hear again. I went over six months with no hearing aids at all, and my iPhone would transcribe what people would say to me.

Everything about my experience with Soundbright09/18/ was pleasant and professional and the hearing aids performed beyond my exspecation

Replaced my $5000 hearing aids with the Discovery. Have been wearing for 2 days and I'm happy I purchased. The instruction videos and manual are well done and easy to follow. The rechargeable batteries last all day so no more buying size 10's. Had one interaction by email with customer service and they handled my question well. Can't go wrong with the 60 day return guarantee.

My grandpa ordered these Soundbright hearing aids for himself after his first pair died. I helped him with the setup and adjustments. It was super easy and they connected to his phone. They look just like his old ones but way cheaper and they came straight in the mail. He definitely hears better with them so a win in my book

I've been using the Soundbright Discovery for a few months, and they work surprisingly well for the price. The sound is clear, and I love that they're rechargeable, so I don't have to fuss with batteries. They're comfortable to wear all day and really help me hear conversations better.
