My wave pros from Soundbrenner have a…PROBLEM
My wave pros from Soundbrenner have a defective right IME. The mic will not stay attached. I have been emailing with Soundbrenner for two weeks. They continue to have me “try” different things so they can remotely narrow the issue down. I have complied with every request and well as sending requested pictures and video. Soundbrenner will not call me to expedite the matter. Ultimately if someone does not assist me with this matter I will be forced to do a charge back. Currently I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I have had three or four different IEM…
I have had three or four different IEM brands and while they are good, Soundbrenner is not good but the best that I have worn. I bought these IEM approximately a three weeks ago and couldn't wait to try them. Finally got my chance last weekend during a full blown band show. This IEM are great, they fit very well and comfortable, won't come loose and fall our of my ears. And, of course the sound clarity is great. Great price, as well. Love them.

Wave Pro IEMs Twice the Quality, Half the cost
These IEMs are just on a different level than all the others. They totally crush my $400+ molded in ears as well easily best the Shure 535s that I thought were great. The Wave Pros aren’t even broken in yet!
I checked them out against my preferred audiophile earbuds and I actually prefer the Wave Pros over my Moondrop KATOs. They compete and win my Audiophile Test too.
I really believe they are a better and cheaper alternative to the price of other IEM sets that exist at a much much higher price.

They had some fumbles, but good product.
Ordered Pro IEMs. Through my initial error, I didn't see they were on back order. I waited about a week, and then found out. While some further miscommunication occurred, in the end I received the product and it was great. I think the problem was just that their product was wildly successful, which is a good problem. You do have to hear these to understand how good they sound.

What you’re describing, especially the lack of bass, is often related to the seal and fit of the ear tips. With IEMs, getting a proper seal in the ear canal is crucial for low-end response. Trying different tip sizes or switching to the foam tips can make a significant difference.

Two for Two
These are my second pair of in-ears from this company. My first pair was mainly to test them out, as it sounded too good to be true. Thankfully, I was wrong. Their product performed better than any other I have used, including more expensive named brands. Because my first pair worked so well, which they still do, I decided to upgrade to the pro version. Best investment ever!

My humble review of The Soundbrenner Core 2 Steel
This is a great product for any musician that has timing issues. I personally use it mainly to start off songs in a live setting until I get my muscle memory built for the beats per minute of each song. The only two cons that I have are with the Core 2 Steel watch/metronome.
One is I do wish it could have a longer battery life. And number two would be that the clock face could be a little bit bigger. Other than that I have had a few issues with getting it to recognize the watch on the app after not using it for a while. Just be prepared that if you use this during a live setting that it would be best to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone while on break to save battery on the watch. Also be prepared to charge it every night after a show. Other than that it is a great product.

The best! The Primo! The number one in ear monitors.
This is an outstanding product. It beats my $1000 Koss Electrostatics, my Fostex headphones, and my top line Sennheisers. The detail is amazing. With over 50 headphones and earphones, these are the best. They remind me of Magneplanars with the Ampzilla amplifier. You would not regret this purchase. And theses are just the Waves. The Wavepros are next.

Don’t expect fast delivery
Ordered the Flow microphone and Wave Pro in ears both on 20-2-2026. Apparently they mentioned on the website the in ears had to be restocked first and that delivery would be from March 9.
I still haven’t received anything. Also not the microphone which was in stock.
Customer service is fast and good. They informed me: “You’re correct that the current estimate is early April, and I understand the disappointment, especially since the original timing was March 9. The delay is due to inventory arriving later than expected, as the stock still needed to reach the warehouse, complete final quality checks, and be processed before shipping could begin. I’m also sorry we weren’t able to ship the microphone earlier.”
No explanation though why the microphone hasn’t shipped yet.
Meanwhile they advertise like crazy for a product the cant deliver.
So, not a happy bunny here. Hope the products are better than their planning.

I bought the Waves in Ear
I bought the Waves in Ear, not the pro and it has been serving me well. When I popped them to play with my worship band, the clarity and the balance is what first struck me, I was hearing the vocals cut through the mix, keys clear which is me and the guitar not thin, but nice and full, which was an issue I had with the KZ's. These are definitely top tier. Thank you Sound Brenner team!

I bought the Core2 Steel Metronome…
I bought the Core2 Steel Metronome watch to help me with my Classical Guitar practice & have been extremely satisfied with it.
Not only does it have a multi function metronome but it includes a voice beat counter, which I find very useful.
I also like that it cumulatively measures the time I spend practicing, as well as I can keep a record of what I practice.
These are just some of its features that I am using it for & I look forward to exploring the many other ways I can benefit from its unique features.
