Disappointing Product & Support
I ordered a pair of new Wave Pro IEMs that I received on 18 May 2026. After auditioning them for in my recording studio, I decided to return them because they do not meet my needs as an audio engineer.
The low end was over hyped no matter which of the in ear pads I used. The midrange was not detailed and the high end was unremarkable, lacking sparkle and air. The overall frequency response was not balanced and the IEMs start to distort and lose clarity at moderate listing levels.
They will not work for me during live recording, mixing, or mastering sessions because they lack the clarity and balanced response that I need to satisfy my client's requirements. Quite frankly, the last two generations of the Apple AirPod Pro earbuds sound better to me.
To return the Wave Pros I had to submit a return request. I received a reply from an AI agent that then forwarded my case to a human. I learned through several frustrating emails that any return requires me to take photos and video of the product and submit them for review.
As a member of AES and an audio professional that routinely works at a booth at NAMM for a well known audio company, I was surprised by this poor level of customer service. It is not the industry standard.
In my opinion, this is a mediocre consumer grade IEM from an organization that does not stand behind it's products, making them a poor choice for audio professionals.

Soundbrenner is number one
As I come to the site I see questions being asked if Soundbrenner is real/legit the answer is Yes!!! real legit… they are real & legit. This is my second purchase from them. They’re so good. I had to purchase another one. I’m the leader of my band and once we go full on inears, my whole band will be using their product. I purchased an adapter from them as well for the inears to connect to my iPhone an iPhone is very sensitive the adapter didn’t work so I let the company know and they compensated me with no questions asked Soundbrenner is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. The quality is unmatched and very comfortable. Even some well-known brands can’t touch their quality. Trust me I’ve tried others. They’re not even in the ballpark. Thank you for manufacturing a quality product. If you’re a musician or singer get yours today. No I don’t work for this company. I’m just sharing the truth.

Reallt good in ear monitors and great value.
I am very happy with the Soundbrenner Wave IEM. They do a great job for live stage (yet to try in the studio). When I made the purchase, I questioned if I should have unscaled to the Wave Pro version, but for me, it was totally unnecessary. The Wave model is really good; all the right frequencies are there and I have no issue hearing what I need without any harshness or discomfort... and not to forget the unbeatable value, being so reasonably priced.

Better Than My Molds
Well, it finally happened. My IEM molds fell off my back onto the stage and cracked, rendering the low-end non-existent. Even with my artist deal, the replacement cost was over $600. I decided to purchase the WAVES, thinking that if they weren’t great that I could just use them as a backup pair. Turns out that the WAVE PRO’s completely blew my molds out of the water with a balanced and full-range sound that I was missing, not to mention that they CRANK! Way to go, guys! I also love the additional cable length and quality connectors. I’m a believer!!

Not a musician but a gamer. I picked up these headphones to try as my second pair of IEMs ever. They did not disappoint in the slightest the other headphones I had were good but these are on a whole other level. You can even hear the enemy teams comms! That's just how good they are!

I couldn’t find my order
I entered my email address incorrectly and couldn’t find my order. David at Soundbrenner was quick to respond. He found my order, updated my information, and ensured my order was in the works. David advised that one of the items I ordered was delayed, even offered to refund because of the delay. I requested splitting up the shipment - he made it happen and offered to cover the cost for shipping. All around attentive and quick customer service. If ever I had to experience issues with an order, I’d hope it would be with Soundbrenner.

Excellent Product and Great Customer Service
I bought the Sound Wave Pro about a month ago. After waiting for quite a while (due to their production shortage), it finally came. But for some reason, the USBC connector was missing in the package. I contacted them and the response was almost immediate. Without any questions, they apologised and sent the USBC connector to me and I got it after a few days.
I have been using my Sound Wave Pro on all my commute now and I must say I am super satisfied with the quality. The sound is crystal clear and the fit was very good.

Wave Pros Recommendation
I have the Wave Pros and they are some of the best headphones I have bought to date. The clarity with the attainable sound deafening is a major plus due to a job with excessively loud machines. I purchased the Wave Pros before the USB-C adapter was released. Managed to land myself with the first generation cable that ended up outdated for the adapter. Soundbrenner not only was incredibly quick to respond and resolve my issue, they also sent me out the new cable super super quick!

Awesome monitors
Awesome monitors, the quality in both sound and build quality is hands above the Raycons I have. These in ear buds have a nice heft to them, and the hi-fi cable is durable as well (just wish it came braided) and the audio pins had a better connection, they look easy to break if your not careful. That's my only nit-pick. The package is absolutely fantastic, including the different in ear forms, carrying case, and just the look of it. All-in-all I'm loving these, now I'm looking for a good DAP to go with them.

I had a problem with the Wave Pro IEMs…
I had a problem with the Wave Pro IEMs I received. The threaded Nut would not stay on the male plug end as the threads were malformed. I never thought I'd hear from customer service when I sent my email to support but within minuets I got a reply from a real person, and we quickly determined the problem and instead of just replacing the plug end they sent me a whole new full assembly from the male plug end including a new cable, which was not needed. Incredible service! Also they sound great as IEMs for the bands I play in. Thank you Soundbrenner customer service.
