These people took my money for a ring in January 2025 - and provided absolutely no updates for months. I contacted them in March 2025 about what had happened to my order and how I could get a refund, and receives no response. In January 2026, over a year after the initial order, I received a confirmation that the ring is being shipped. I've since heard nothing else. Do not buy from this store, it's changed URLs multiple times and is clearly terribly run.

New website, still terrible, changed domains which is never a good sign, bought two rings, and they are just stuck 'processing' in shipping 20 days later, avoid

I ordered my tapestries in early may for my birthday, but they are only just now being shipped, 3 MONTHS LATER. Virtually no customer service either, none of my emails have been responded to. Instead of buying from here, just find a picture you like and upload it to gooten, they do print on demand tapestries and they are 1/3 the price of these.

After 1 1/2 months after I ordered, I had to fight to get any kind of information regarding my order, just to learn they canceled it on their own terms. I did not want to cancel but they said they were just too busy and canceled a lot of orders.

Ordered a rug on 27. march and it arrived at 15. of may.
Also paid for 10 day shipping. Customerservice doesnt respond but at least the goods arrive

Ordered rugs on April 14, 2025, paid €8 for express shipping (5-7 days), but the package never moved past “Shipment information received” since April 18. They didn’t respond to my emails, and I found out they changed their domain from Soulsswords to Soulscentral to hide bad review, tons of people never got their orders! Had to dispute with my card provider to hopefully get my money back. Total scam, avoid them!

I ordered around april 3 and got my package a couple days ago. Apparently the site experienced some delays with shipping, so if you are patient i would recommend. The two tapestries i bought are good quality and i’m happy with the purchase.

My stupid ass fell for the scam because before i bought them they went for a different name and i couldnt find any negative reviews, but they are a scammer, i reported both website and instagram page and i think i got them removed. DO NOT BUY.

SCAM. Domain website changed from soulsswords.com.
Check reviews for that domain.
