It was a great experience with "Soulsanskar Team". Throughout this 9 month they mentally prepare for labor pain management. Breathing exercises n constant motivation for regular yoga class is the key for having faith in your body. Birthing ball exercise is very much important part of this course. Overall it was a great experience with the whole team and the trainers are very cooperative nd listen every pblm very peacefully. In short I am completely satisfied with the team nd my experience was also good.

Labor management
. I was active through my pregnancy and Thank you Aanchal and soul sankar team for being part of my pregnancy ❤️ the birth ball practices and the yoga classes were so helpful and not to forget the labour management classes were each stage was explained and being well known of what to expect has changed the whole experience of my labor .
Everyone told that for first pregnancy the labour was progressive and was short as my water broke in 28th,1.30 am and had pains around 4am ( induced) as I hadnt had strong enough contractions,gave birth to my baby girl at 11:22am. Breathing techniques, visualization,hot pack,back massage by husband all helped through the labour.
Practicing yoga
Practicing yoga , pranayam knowing the nitty gritty about the labour mgmnt classes and hypnobirthing has helped alot during my pregnancy.I have been active and has climbed stairs upto 2 storied which is unbelievable for some .

I am so happy to share with you all that I have been blessed with a baby boy on 13th of june through natural delivery
I am sharing my experience with you people
I was 38 weeks 4 days pregnant. At 10:00pm of 12th june,i had some fluid leak and we rushed to the hospital. I dont have any pain at that time. As we reached the hospital,the staff just checked baby’s heart beat and give me drip. I take rest the whole night. When I wake up the next day,i still have no pain and feeling like a normal day. The doctor told me to place gel inside if pains don’t start naturally. We waited till 9:00am and still i has no pain. She put gel at 9:10am and the pains began at 9:30am. In the beginning,i had normal pains which were bearable. I start doing duck walk and squats when contraction happens. Till 12:00 I had bearable pains and I continued doing squats,mal aasana with kegal,duck walk,normal walk,breathing exercises. At 1:00pm,I was 4cm dilated with the help of all the exercises. Then,doctor gave me injection for more pain. As the pain increases,dilation happens faster and faster but i gave up as i was not able to tolerate those pains. I decided to have epidural but the doctor motivated me to bear pains just for another one hour so i do the same. By 1:45pm,I was 9cm dilated and at 2:12pm i delivered the baby and with God’s grace,we both are healthy
The yoga practices are really helpful for my labour journey and i just have one and a hour of active labour pains.

Amazing experience with soul sanskar.
I was with them for pre natal and post natal yoga.
I must say the mentors Aanchal and Diksha are very good at their work.
My delivery although was an emergency c section but I tried for normal delivery for around 12 hours and all the time I remained calm and could easily bear the pain. Thanks to their yoga practices and breathing techniques taught in the class. Also, the confidence they instill in you, the disciplined way of doing yoga practices and the courage for a peaceful and smooth delivery was very helpful for me. I highly recommend joining their classes.
Great experience pre and post delivery!
I had a great experience while attending prenatal yoga classes at Soul Sanskar (SS). My duration of three months of course at SS gave me great energy, strength through the practice of yoga, stretching, birthing ball exercises, hypnobirthing, kegel exercises, breathing exercises, Garbh Sanskar and womb engineering exercises.
These exercises helped me to focus and stay active until the day of delivery. My heart was running fast during the procedure of C section, and I was able to manage myself by deep breathing. Even after delivery, I have been active and healing well.
Thanks to the Soul Sanskar team for doing a great job in spreading awareness, strength and support for mommies. I learned a lot during this process and I am grateful that my prenatal journey involved wholesome self care and baby care through the prenatal yoga practices.

I am very lucky to know about soulsanskar platform at perfect time .There yoga and other classes for birthing ball are very good . Soul sanskar made my pregnancy journey a memorable one. I joined in 2nd month and did yoga, guided mediation and pranayam practice till the day of delivery. I had an emergency c-section, but I had a very smooth and fast recovery post the operation due to practices. Team was always available for all sorts of questions and doubts

Hii mommies..
Me susha Revathy, is very glad to inform you that I have delivered a baby girl on 29th May via C section.
Since there was a complication of marginal placenta previa for me it was impossible to try for normal delivery.
And my delivery was planned on 2 nd June after first pv on 28 th May
But on the next day after PV, contractions were felt in a gap of 5 to 10 minutes from 8: 15 am
So I went directly to hospital and reached there at 10:30 am and after second PV they still found placenta low lying , so emergency C section was performed and by 11:53 am
my baby girl was out.
That was a precious moment..
Aanchal ma'am supported me throughout...and was available to communicate at any time .
Now I am gradually recovering from my pain of stitches..
My baby is really cooperative..
She is very calm and no much chaos..and I strongly believe ,
the meditation ,yoga and hynobirthing practices have a great role in her modulation .
Also even I am a new mom, I am able to handle day to day activities much peacefully...
I am very thankful to the whole soul sanskar team for supporting me throughout this pregnancy journey

Hello everyone,
I’m overjoyed to share that we welcomed our beautiful baby boy on the 29th of May through a vaginal birth. Although my estimated due date was the 2nd of June, I had to be admitted earlier due to a few complications in the third trimester, including gestational diabetes and liver cholestasis, along with a UTI during the second trimester.
When I was admitted on the 27th, I was already experiencing light contractions without any pain. I was given misoprostol tablet on the 27th afternoon and again on the 28th morning. However, I didn't feel much progress until the Pitocin drip was started at 5 AM on the 29th. That’s when things began to shift. Contractions became more intense, and I was 2 cm dilated. My membranes were then artificially ruptured, and within the next couple of hours, my labour progressed rapidly.
The pain was intense, but what helped me immensely was putting into practice everything I had learned from Soul Sanskar the breathing techniques, birthing ball exercises, full squats, and the importance of movement. Despite the sleepless nights, these practices helped me stay calm, present, and grounded.
Having my husband by my side throughout was a tremendous source of strength. His constant reassurance, coupled with the unwavering support of my doctor and nurses gave me the confidence to keep going, even when I felt like I was at my limit. Their faith in me, even more than my own at times, carried me through the most challenging moments.
After a total of 8-9 hours of labour I was 8 cm dilated when taken to the labour room and with an episiotomy that was necessary, I gave birth to our baby boy. The wave of emotions that followed was indescribable overwhelming relief, love, and sheer disbelief that the baby I carried for 9 months was finally in my arms. While I did face the added discomfort of piles immediately after delivery, nothing could overshadow the joy of meeting my baby.
This entire experience has been nothing short of surreal. I truly believe that the knowledge, flexibility, exercises, breathing techniques, and overall guidance from Soul Sanskar played a huge role in how I navigated my labour and delivery. The birthing ball exercises, curb walking, and pain management techniques were incredibly effective and helped me progress much faster.
To the entire team of Soul Sanskar, Aanchal Ma'am, Diksha Ma'am, Ankit and all the wonderful mamas here thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an important part of this journey. I’m deeply grateful.🙏🏻❤️✨
Join for strength and mobility
I took both their prenatal and postnatal yoga classes and I have benefited immensely from them. Prenatal yoga helped me stay active and mobile during my pregnancy and helped me deliver without any complications. The postnatal classes helped me recover from my delivery when I was suffering from full body pain. After 3 months of post delivery yoga, now I feel a lot of strength and mobility in my body. Soul sanskar classes are a wonder in pregnancy. I delivered a baby girl naturally with very less time in labor. I joined in my 2nd trimester and classes were so helpful in this journey. The structure of the class and different yoga poses really suits the need of pregnant female. I specifically liked the labor and pain management sessions which were a life saver during delivery.
